Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a complete set of benefits to address
your physical, financial and emotional health. At
Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful
career starts with a variety of options that meet your
needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle.
Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be
eligible for benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent, the eligible de-
pendents will generally include your spouse and eligible children.

Cerner supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and wellness de-signed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and wellness goals; it is our mis-sion to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

About Healthe at Cerner
As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimburse-
ment and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to
actively manage all aspects of your health + care.
Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and
participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you
need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Health Club Reimbursement
Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic
club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees
up to an annual maximum of 1380 RON.
Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health + care.

Health Care
Cerner associates have the flexibility to elect health insurance through their provider of choice be-
tween Cerner’s partners, MedLife or Regina Maria. The health plan offers you cover for medical
treatments such as:
Medical, Dental and Vision Examination
Laboratory Tests
Diagnostic Examination
Emergency and Family Medicine
Occupational Health Services
Cerner pays premium for the associate and coverage begins on your first day of employment. Addi-
tional Cost applies for associates who choose to cover dependents.

Retirement
Retirement Plan
Cerner’s Defined Contribution plan supports the financial wellbeing of our associates and their families. Our Partner, ING, facilitates this benefit allowing Cerner to provide a yearly contribution of 400 Euro. Associates may also choose to contribute funds to the plan.

Leaves Cerner provides a set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

Life Insurance and AD&D Through our Partner, Generali, Cerner provides the following benefits which are paid by Cerner:

Time Off
Time Off
As a Cerner associate, annual leave is provided each year, allowing you to take time away from work regularly, with pay, for rest, rejuvenation, or other personal time. Annual leave time is accrued based on your length of service, beginning at a rate of 21 days per year.
Holiday
Cerner recognizes 10 public holidays per year when the offices will officially be closed.
Illness
Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associ-ates:

Associate Assistance Program
Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this service via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Directions’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.
Confidential Counseling 3 visits per issue at no cost for associates and family members
Help addressing stress, depression, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, work relat-ed problems
