Since 1959 INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK is

specialized in the designing and manu-

facturing of hydraulic assemblies and

systems for the cement, crushing and

grinding mill industry. For example, we

are engineering oil supply units for the

lubrication of spur-gears, gear wheels

or sprockets. The replacement of com-

monly used grease lubrication by our oil

lubrication does not only provide our

customers with longer maintenance in-

tervals but also gives them a shorter pe-

riod of machine stoppage due to the fact

that maintenance work is easier acces-

sible. Moreover, by equipping our sy-

stem with a special oil filter any abra-

sive wear and tear is considerably

reduced.

In other fields of application, INTEGRAL

HYDRAULIK has also established a re-

putation as an innovative and highly

specialized engineering office with on-

site production. For example, INTEGRAL

HYDRAULIK has realized an electroni-

cally synchronized hydraulic clinker

grate. This leads to longer maintenan-

ce intervals. Really innovative, howe-

ver, is the fact that telemonitoring the

system is possible.

The control module does now compare

the actual values with the desired values

and consequently adapted to the relevant

operating conditions regulates the grate

automatically. Additionally, by using a

special regulator module, the feed rate

of several / all grates can also be adju-

sted and aligned with each other. A fur-

ther advantage is that telemonitoring

the system is possible. There is a wide

range of other hydraulic applications

within this industry. For example,

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK delivers also

hydraulic for waste packaging machi-

nes and other disposal facilities.

Incinerating processes in biomass power

plants or waste incinerating units can be

driven by a level of accuracy never known

before – thanks to the hydraulic grate

drive systems from INTEGRAL

HYDRAULIK. The system proves a feed

rate with a reproducible speed, with an

error of less than 1%, whereby this can

be achieved within a control range of 1

to 1000. This regulation is achieved by

means of a distance measurement sy-

stem, which is integrated into the hy-

draulic cylinder. This sensor sends a po-

sition signal to a control module, also

developed by INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK.

hydraulic solutions to the smelting and

steel industry as well as foundries and

coke plants. Whether we are dealing

with the engineering of hydraulically re-

gulated drives for rolling lines or hy-

draulically regulated air flaps and gas

taps for the optimum heating of coke

ovens – they all have one thing in com-

mon, they all require robustness and ab-

solute reliability, 24 hours a day and

365 days a year. Our sequence control

linked driving cylinders have been ad-

apted to the extreme working conditions

of a coke oven through the choice of ma-

terials and the concept by itself. They are

furnished with mechanically operated

ball poppet valves and are ATEX com-

pliant upon request.

Testing devices are today commonly

used in the automotive industry due to

cost and time savings. Simulating the

different climatic zones without the ne-

cessity of being on site in the Sahara or

Alaska is of increasing interest for

our customers. Testing devices by

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK allow, for ex-

ample, the simulation of any oil condi-

tioning within a temperature range from

-40° C to +150° C and provide you with

information whether your gear drive,

your anti-blocking system (ABS) and

your traction control work and are re-

liable – in all climatic zones.

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK testing devi-

ces are used in further applications such

as for hydraulic camshaft adjusting.

What is unique about our testing devi-

ces is they work computer integrated,

hence submitting a defined test se-

quence to each tested component. Other

examples include a testing device which

was to test all the functions of an ex-

cavator shovel providing information to

different soil resistance or a testing de-

vice to the commercial vehicle industry

which was to simulate different cross-

Before use, point operating units are

subject to numerous functional tests.

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK has engineered

such a testing device, which does not

only allow to examine but also to docu-

ment all the necessary tests. This in-

cludes how long it takes and which for-

ces are necessary to position a point

operating unit, the parameters for emer-

gency release as well as a functional

control in case of low voltage. The testing

device also enables to simulate diffe-

rent country-specific electric power sup-

plies. A special software programme

gives you further support and designed

to fulfill individual requirements.

Rail industry

With a diameter of 14m the fourth Elbe-

Tunnel-Section is the world’s largest

road tunnel in loose rock. In order to

evaluate the statistical calculations,

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK was asked by

the project responsible to design and

manufacture an appropriate testing de-

vice. The weight of the overlying ground

was hydraulically simulated on a sec-

tion of the tunnel pipe by 96 hydraulic

cylinders with up to 200.000 kN. More

than 600 sensors were used to ascer-

tain the level of force and distortion.

Regulating flow speeds, maintaining con-

stant water levels and avoiding flooding –

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK has successfully

designed, manufactured and delivered hy-

draulic solutions for a variety of projects.

gineering hydraulic systems for floodga-

tes, weir systems and retention basins.

Textile Industry

Hydraulic systems of INTEGRAL

HYDRAULIK are also used in the pro-

duction process of paper and non-woven

materials. Such called roller calenders

critically influence the product’s quali-

ty and surface texture. For this purpose

not only the distance of the calenders to

each other is regulated hydraulically but

also a defined load on the calenders is

generated hydraulically. Moreover, the

hydraulic fluid enables to adjust and

control the process temperature arising

at the calender surface. And last but not

least hydrostatically mounted calenders

allow a production line of several meters

width. Other examples of hydraulic ap-

plications in the industry are wrap and

cutting machines as well as hydrauli-

cally moving conveyor belts.
