    3. Feeding guard adopts hierarchical type with two layers structure which provides prerequisites for widening.

    4. The vehicle control cabinet is equipped with high-tech LCD touch screen and PLC control system. LCD touch screen with

    man-machine dialogue function makes it possess the functions of key start, misuse tips and protection, electrical control

    operations, fault and safe tips. It is convenient, efficient and secure.

    5. Grizzly bars of the feeder are capable to separate out the small-sized material as the wastes. By adopting the automatic

    separatory hatch door, materials in the wastes hopper would flow either with the side-opening bell conveyor, or with the main

    materials.

    Crawler type mobile crushing and screening plant is researched and designed by our experienced engineers. It is of stable

    1. Excellent performance of power system. It is adopts Cummins diesel engine, low oil consumption, low noise. And we can equip

    a low-temperature preheating device sol that the equipment is able to start at -250C low temperature environment.

    .1 European Type Jaw Crusher

    Features

    1. World-level manufacturing technology is adopted, andhighest- level raw material is used.

    2. More advanced movable jaw assembly lengthens life of

    crusher.

    Movable jaw

    assembly is made

    from cast piece with

    high-quality, is

    driven by two large

    flying wheels which

    are made from caststeel. Moreover,

    heavy eccentric

    shaft is processed

    by forged mold. All of

    these make the PEW series jaw crusher extremely reliable.

    3 Integral cast steel structure is adopted for bearing seat.

    Integral cast steel bearing matches well with the crusher

    frame, at the same time, radial strength of the bearing seat

    is highly strengthened. However, the separate bearing seat

    does not have this advantage.

    4. Finite element analysis technology is adopted to make the

    crusher much stronger.

    5. Crusher chamber adopts "V" structure which could make

    actual feed width comply with the nominal one.

    6. Adjustment of the discharge part is more convenient.

    Discharge part of PEW jaw crusher is installed wedge block,

    which makes discharge much simpler, safer and faster than

    the spacer on old style crusher.

    7. Bearing with larger model and higher load are used.

    All PEW jaw crushers are equipped with larger bearingcompared with same model of normal jaw crusher. Its higher

    load capacity and effective oil seal will lengthen the life of

    bearing.

    8. A newly designed tooth-shape side plate, makes the

    available area of jaw plate longer, and enhances the

    capacity.

    9. Central lubricating device are installed on the machine, so

    the bearing is easy to be lubricated.

    10. Pressing bar and support type are used to fix jaw plate.

    11. Heavy type protecting plate is installed for bearing seat,

    accidental damage of bearing seat is avoided.

    12. Supporting bar under jaw plate protects movable jaw

    and frame from being worn down.

    2.2. Jaw CrusherBrief Introduction

    jaw crusher is ideally suitable as primary and secondary

    crusher for material with compression strength less than 3

    0Mpa. Jaw crusher is of high crushing ratio, larger capacity,welI-distributed final product size, simple structure, reliable

    performance, convenient maintenance, lower operation

    cost, etc. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy,

    construction, highway, railroad, and water conservancy, etc.

    Working Principle

    The electrical motor transmits power to the eccentric shaft

    through v-belt and belt pulley. Then the exciting force

    generated by the eccentric shaft will make the movable jaw

    move upwards and downwards. This movement would

    trigger the toggle plate to push the movable jaw forwards

    and backwards. When the movable jaw moves forth toward

    the fixed jaw, materials in the crushing cavity will be

    squashed or chopped. And then the movable jaw travels

    back, the chopped or squashed materials which meet the

    requirement will be discharged from the outlet. Since the

    motor keeps working, the crusher will crush and discharge

    periodically to achieve mass production.

    Brief introduction

    By adopting the developed technology and unique structural design, finished

    Working Principle

    Impact crusher crushes material by striking energy. When it works, the motor drives

    the rotor rotate at a high speed, on which the blow bar is installed. As soon as the

    material get into the affecting area of the blow bar, they will be stroke by the blow bar

    and be thrown to the impact devices around the rotor. The high speed forces the

    material to rebound from the impact liner to the area where the blow bar effects until

    they have been crushed to the required size. The clearance between the impact rocks and the rotor can be adjusted to changethe size and shape of the end products.

    Working Principle

    Through the v-belts, pulley, transmission shaft, pinion and the bevel gear, the power

    will be transmitted from the electrical motor to the eccentric bushing. Thus the

    eccentric bushing begins to rotate, which will generate the friction force to drive the

    main shaft rotating and wiggling. Therefore, part of the mantle approaches the bowlliner to crush the material, while the other part of the mantle is a little bit far from the

    bowl liner, between which the crushed products of required size will be discharged

    from the lower part after repeating crushing, extruding and bending.

    1. Advanced double-pump oil lubrication system guarantees

    the shaft bearing lower temperature increase, longer life
