Being a self starter gives me the abilty to see what needs to be done and come up with a plan to get the job done. Also, I have been blessed with being able to see the details involved with a task, and doing a good job.

For each of your top five high-rated items, describe why an employer might want to

hire a person with this quality or trait.

Being a self-starter ,team player, hard worker, able to multi task, have attention to detail: Bosses want to be confident that things are getting done when they turn their back on employees, because if their team is made up of motivated people then they know that tasks will be completed.
