Our Training supports
Our Training supports enable to develop and improve skills and competencies of employees to fill the gapbetween their existing level of competence and the level required to undertake their positions.
Gap Tracker

The evaluation is done by a tutor or a traineraccording to a list of skills through an interview andby observation of the trainee in action.
Depending on the objective of the training, theapplication identifies the skills that requireimprovement.
CCMS e-assessment
CCMS e-assessment is an evaluation tool ofknowledge on the Internet.
This tool, a database of approximately 700 QCMquestions structured according to specific activities(instrumentation, mechanics, electricity, safety),can create flexible and tailored questionnaires tothe exact needs of trainees.
The results, available directly at the end of thequestionnaire, are presented as a matrix tofacilitate the identification of knowledge requiringadditional training.
