Biologie : ALAT, ASAT, PA, GGT,TP, Alb, Bili T+C, Facteur V, Créatinine
Etiologie : Alcool Virus : AgHBs, AC anti-HBs, anti-VHC Immuno : FAN, anti-muscles lisses, anti-
mitochondries, anti-REL Métabolique : fer + coef sat, ferritine, (alpha 1 anti-trypsine et
coeruleoplasmine si < 35 ans)
Endoscopie haute : HTP
Biopsie du foie non tumoral
Score de CHILD-PUGH
ascite, encéphalopathie, TP, albuminémie,
bilirubinémie
