Article 1. Definitions

①‘Exhibitor’referstothecompany,union,organization,orindividualthathassubmittedtheApplicationFormtoparticipateinthisexhibition.

②‘Exhibition’referstothe‘CARBONZEROEXPO’.

③‘Host(ShowOrganizer)’referstoInfotheCo.Ltd,locatedin25Mapo-daero,Mapo-gu,Seoul(13FShinhanDMBuilding,Mapo-dong),Korea.

Article 2. Application and Agreement

①ThosewhowishtoparticipateintheExhibitionmustfillintheApplicationFormandsubmittotheHost.

②Exhibitormustpayadeposit(boothfee)onsubmittingtheApplicationForm.Thepaymentshowsthatparticipationisvalid.However,inthecasethattheexhibitionspacehasbeenfullybookedinadvance,ortheexhibitingitemsareconsideredunsuitableforthisExhibition,Hostmayrejecttheapplication.Furthermore,evenaftertheapplicationhasbeenaccepted,Hostmayrefundtheparticipationfeeandotheradvancepaymentswithin15days,accordingtoExhibition’scircumstances.

③ExhibitormustimmediatelyinformHostofanychangesthatmayariseinthecontentsofthesubmitteddocuments,includingtheApplicationForm.ExhibitorwillberesponsibleforanydisadvantagesthatmayoccurasaresultofnotinformingtheHost.

Article 3. Allocation of Exhibition Booth

①HostwillallocatetheExhibitor’sboothaccordingtotheHost’sinternalstandards,whichisbasedonorderofapplicationandparticipationfeepayment,exhibitionscale,characteristicsofexhibitionitems,etc.

②UpondiscussionwiththeExhibitor,Hostmaychangetheallocatedlocationoftheexhibitionboothinthecasethatitisnecessary,consideringthebalance,efficiency,andeffectivenessoftheexhibitionspace.SuchchangesareatthediscretionoftheHost,andExhibitormaynotclaimforcompensationonsuchchanges.

Article 4. Management of Exhibition Hall

①ExhibitormustexhibittheitemslistedintheApplicationForm,andallocatepermanentpersonneltomanagetheboothwiththeirbestefforts.

②IftheexhibiteditemsaredifferentfromthoselistedontheApplicationForm,ortheyareunsuitablefortheExhibition,ortheyaresolddirectlywithoutpreconsent,Hostmayimmediatelydiscontinue,uninstall,orcarryoutthoseitems.Insuchcases,participationfeesarenotrefunded,andExhibitormaynotclaimcompensation.

③Ifnecessary,Hostmayrestrictaccesstospecificpeople.

④Exhibitormaynottransfer,monopolize,orexchangeapartorallofthe

allocatedexhibitionspacewithoutwrittenconsentoftheHost.

⑤Exhibitormaynotaltertheoriginalstateofthebooth,bypaintingorgluingthefloor,ceiling,columns,orwallsoftheexhibitionhall.Exhibitormustcompensateforanydamagesmadetotheexhibitionhall,onrequestforrestorationbytheHost.

⑥Hostmayexcludeorrestrictselectiveitemsformaintenanceoforder,safetymanagement,preventionofactsthatmaybepubliclycriticized,andotherpurposes.

Article 5. Conditions for Participation Fee Payment

①Exhibitormustpay30%oftheparticipationfeeasadepositonsubmissionoftheapplicationform.ThebalancemustbepaidbyAugust7,2020.

②InthecasethattheExhibitordoesnotpaythebalancebythedeadline,Hostmaycanceltheagreementforparticipation,andExhibitormaynotclaimarefundforthepre-paidparticipationfee.HostmaypostponetheExhibitor’sparticipationuntilfullpaymentismade,ordetainanyoftheExhibitor’sexhibitionitems.

Article 6. Cancellation of Participation and Penalty

①InthecasethattheExhibitorrefusestoaccepttheallocatedbooth,ordoesnotpaytheparticipationbythedeadline,theHostmayunilaterallycanceltheparticipationagreement,andthepre-paidparticipationfeewillnotberefunded.

②Inthecasethattheexhibitorcancelstheparticipation,thecancellationpenaltyisasfollows:CancellationmadefromJune1~July31,2020-50%ofthefullparticipationfee(boothfee)orreducedfeewillbecharged.CancellationmadeafterAugust1,2020-100%ofthefullparticipationfee(boothfee)orreducedfeewillbecharged.

Article 7. Cancellation or Change in Schedule of the Exhibition

InthecasethattheHostcancelstheExhibition,fullrefundofthepre-paidfees

willbemadetotheExhibitor.However,inthecasethattheExhibitionis

cancelled,orthescheduleischangedorshortenedduetouncontrollable

reasonsorspecialcausesthatarenotattributabletotheHost,refundswillnot

bemade.Insuchcases,Exhibitormaynotclaimforcompensationtothe

Host.

Article 8. Display of Devices and Exhibition Items

Exhibitormustbringinandcompletethedisplayofdevicesandexhibition

itemsintheallocatedexhibitionspacewithinthedesignatedtimescope.

Article 9. Carry-Out of Exhibition Items and Devices

Exhibitormustcarryoutallexhibitionitemsanddeviceswithinthetimescope.

Inthecasethatcarry-outisdelayed,Exhibitormustimmediatelymakea

paymenttotheHostforallexpensesthattheHostmayhavetocover.

Article 10. Security, Risk Bearing and Insurance

①HostprovidesappropriatesecurityforExhibitorsandvisitors.

②Exhibitorisfullyresponsiblefordamageorrobberyofalldevicesandexhibitionitemsthatoccurintheirallocatedexhibitionspaceduringtheexhibition,installation,anduninstallationperiod.

③InthecasethatExhibitor,onhisownwill,generatesfire,robbery,damage,orotheraccidentstocauselossfortheHostorotherpeople,Exhibitorisobligatedtocompensateinfull.InsuranceforexhibitionitemsisalsotheresponsibilityoftheExhibitor.

Article 11. Fire Prevention Regulations

①AlldevicesandmaterialswithintheExhibitionhallmustbemadenonflammablepriortotheExhibition.

②HostmayrequiretheExhibitorforcorrectionregardingfireprevention.

Article 12. Supplementary Regulations

①HostmayenactsupplementaryregulationsthatarenotspecifiedinthisConditionsandTermsofExhibitions.

②SupplementaryregulationsarealsopartofthisConditionsandTermsofExhibitions,andExhibitormustconform.

③ExhibitormustconformtotheHost’sregulations.

Article 13. Terms of Dispute

AnydisputethatmayarisebetweentheHostandExhibitorregardingthe

parties’rightsanddutiesaccordingtotheConditionsandTermsofExhibitions

followsthejudgmentoftheKoreanCommercialArbitrationBoard.Such

judgmentsmaynotbefiledforpetitiontoCourt.
