Supporting trainee for self learning approach (providing books, articles, news Papers cuttings, Cd’s, Videos, etc to read and understand).

Training Coordinator maintains training records other then OJT

Training records are preserved for 2 years after the employees’ separation

HR department maintains records related to education qualification and Experience of each employee.
