Lack of dominant server around Central Rd south of ILU1339. Large area missing UMTS sites. ILU14059 (357), ILU02249 (116), ILU13398 (204), ILU14057 (341), ILU04637 (125), ILU00368 (12) and ILU14077 (389) signals measured similarly within the area. After started call setup on ILU00368 (12) UE sent number of e1a measurement reports but couldn't get ASU due to bad Ec/No in downlink so finally UTRAN released connection after T_RABEST_1 timer expiry.
