1. APPLICATION OF RA TES AND CHARGES Fares and charges named in this tariff are applicable to Waiting Time (once driver has engaged passenger and has been directed to wait) and Live Time (actual time passenger is on board vehicle). It is applied from the time vehicle picks up it's passengers until passengers are dropped-off and vehicle released within the designated boundaries as described below. Charters out of the designated area dispatched from its Home Base (4740 So Valley View Blvd) will include an additional deadhead time that is calculated from its Home Base to the designated pick-up/drop-off destination. added to the rates and charges named in this tariff (Deadhead Time: required travel of the vehicle without passengers between the point of dispatch and the point of passenger pickup or drop off outside of designated boundaries) Las Vegas Valley boundaries are: Washington Avenue to the north, Pecos Road to the east, Wann Springs to the South and Rainbow Boulevard to the West. (See map attached). CHARTER OPERATIONS shall be conducted under charges as provided in Section 1 of this tariff.
2. BAGGAGE (A) Hand baggage not to exceed SEVENTY (70) pounds in weight per bag with a maximum ofTWO (2) bags per passenger for each fare ticket. (B) No baggage other than hand baggage will be carried. (C) Carrier will not be liable for loss or damage to baggage or contents thereof unless occasioned by lack of reasonable care on its part and only in accordance with Rule 3 herein. (D) Articles with sharp edges, oversized baggage, or that which might otherwise damage the vehicles will not be carried unless securely and safely packaged. (e) Explosives, inflammables, or other harmful liquids will not be transported.
3. LIABILITY, LIMITATIONS AND CLAIM PROCEDURE 1
(A) Carrier will not be responsible or liable to passengers for personal articles lost by or stolen from passengers. (B) Carrier will not be liable for loss or damage to baggage, luggage or the contents thereof unless occasioned by lack of reasonable care on the part of the carrier or its Agents and then only for the reasonable value thereof, subject to a maximum liability of $200.00 for the loss of or damage to any single piece of baggage, including its contents thereof,

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing with the carrier within seven (7) days after the occurrence of the loss or damage is discovered. Within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the claim, the carrier shall: (a) compensate the shipper or consignor; or (b) deliver to the consignor a written denial of the claim. A denial of a claim may be appealed by the shipper or consignor to the Nevada Transportation Authority .Carrier will require sufficient infonnation regarding such loss or damage to enable carrier to detennine the basis for and amount of the claim. Carrier will not be responsible for delays caused by an act of God, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, force majeure, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, stonns and other conditions beyond its control; and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time. The carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employee; and, over routes indicated, but the same is not guaranteed. If any act of God, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, force majeure, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, storms, the hazards of' dangers incident to the state of war, and other conditions beyond its control make it, in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate its equipment either from the point of origin or any point en route, the carrier will not be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.
4. OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS The driver of the transit vehicle will have the right lo refuse to carry any person or require any passenger to leave the vehicle if the person or passenger is intoxicated, unruly or who is believed to be under the influence of narcotics.
5. ANIMALS Animals, other than "Seeing Eye Dogs" will not be carried unless properly confined.
6. PASSENGER AGENT Carrier may elect to appoint as its agent any organization, finn, corporation, motel, hotel, or legal gaming operation, who individually or collectively, desire to obtain passenger bus transportation between one or more common points for the collection of all applicable charges and remittance thereof direct to carrier without individual passenger fare collection by the carrier

7. CANCELLATION Carrier reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in the event that the request for transportation is canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours from time of requested service, which cancellation fee shall be equal to the minimum charge for the transportation services originally requested.
s. DAMAGE TO VEI-IlCLES (A) Each vehicle dispatched for a charter will be in good condition upon arrival. Any damage to the vehicle which is caused by the charter customer(s) will be charged by the carrier to the customer(s). (B) A special cleaning fee (actual Cost) will be assessed to the passenger(s) intentional acts or negligence.
10. OVER THE ROAD (1) Over the Road Charters consist of any charter that travels further than 100 radius miles from Las Vegas. In addition to the hourly tariff rate of chartered vehicle an additional Sl.00 per mile will be added except for Motor coaches.

Airport Gate Meet & Greet: Will be based on real time from time vehicle arrives at Zero Level until charter is completed at drop-off point. An additional hour of service will be added to all charter service where customer requests gate meet & greet.
Airport Vehicle Search Fee: A fee of $2.00 per vehicle per security check will apply to all charter services where the carrier is required to pay an airport vehicle search fee to the Clark County Department of Aviation.
All toll charges, parking, lodging or other trip fees, park entrance fees are the responsibility of the customer. They may be paid directly by customer or billed to their fare at cost.
Maximum over the road "Driver" drive time allowed by law is 10-hours. Therefore, any long distance trip over 5-hours driving one way, requires overnight stay at turning point, making the trip a two day charter.
While A WGCS will endeavor to adhere to time schedules specified by customers, A WGCS will not be liable for delays caused by an acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, and hazard or dangerous incident to a state of war, accidents, stonns and any other conditions beyond its control. A WGCS shall not be held liable for any damages caused by delays specified herein.

FUEL COST PRICE ADJUSTMENT (Surcharge)
The following Fuel Surcharge Rules will apply to carriers who are authorized to provide charter service b) limousine and who are authorized to charge and collect a fuel surcharge:
I. The price of regular and diesel fuel is an amount equal to the retail price per gallon of regular and diesel fue effective for the 251h calendar day of the immediately preceding month determined according to the United States Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Info1TI1ation Administration (EIA) survey on Weekly Retai Gasoline and Diesel Prices, Regular Grade - West Coast (PADD 5) and Weekly Retail Gasoline and Diese Prices, Diesel, All Types - West Coast (PADD 5). The prices may be obtained by calling the DOE, EIA at (202) 586-8800 or via the DOE, EIA website at www.eia.doe.gov, via the "Petroleum" link.
2. If the 25"' day of the calendar month is a Federal holiday, the fuel price will be determined based on the stated DOE price available on the next subsequent business day.
3 . The DOE fuel price obtained will then be indexed based on the matrix set forth below to determine the fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge will apply for all charter limousine transportation beginning on the I" day ol the following month and will remain in effect through the last day of that calendar month.
4 . The fuel surcharge will be added on an hourly basis utilizing the matrix set forth below. The resulting charge is in addition to all other applicable transportation charges.

Pursuanl to Nevada Legislative Senate Bill No. 3715 Sec. 36. Sectloa 51 of Assembly BiU No. J7S of this session is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. S l. l. Except as otherwi$e provided in subsection 2 and in addition to any other fee or assessment imposed pursuant to this chapter, an excise IIX is hereby Imposed on the coMemon, whedter by dispatch or other means. made by a common motor carrier of a passenger to a person or operator willing to transport the passenger at the rate of 3 percent of the total fare c:haraed for the trwportation, which musl include, without limitation. all fees, surcharges, technology fees, convellience charges for 1he use of a credit or debit card and any other amount lhat ls part of the fare. The Department of Taxation shall charge and collect from each common motor canier or passengers the excise tax imposed by this subsection.
2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to an airport transfer service.

As used in this section, "airport transfer service" m81115 the transportation of passengers and their bagage in the same vehicle, except by taxicab, for per capita charge between airpom or between 11111 airport and points and places in this State. The charges published in this tariff will apply for the account of A WG Ambassador, LLC for the following transportation services is provided for the in the Carriers Certificate of Public Convenience of Nevada. On-Call, irregular route transportation of passengers and the baggage in charter service, between Clark County and points within
Nevada.
APPLICATION OF RA TES AND CHARGES Rule NO.10
All Charges herein me shown in dollars and cents and are payable in Lawful United States Money.
The charges published in this tariff arc based upon the total number of charter coaches necessary to transport the charter party plus extra accommodations. lfthe total number of passengers exceeds the capacity of the one charter coach, the charter shown herein, will be applied separately to each charter coach used. Charges shown herein apply to charter trips over paved, oiled macadam roads and roads over which the charter coach can operate at the time of the trip with safety and undue water.
When the charges accruing on a charter movement, based in time mileage exceed the charges computed upon a rate based upon a greater time or mileage charge, the latter should apply.
Charges named herein do not include gratuities, admission fees, meals, show, hotel accommodations or any other like charges. At the request of the charter party, carrier MAY make arrangements on the charter party's behalf for rooms food and other' activities '15 requested by the charter party. The cos of these arrangements will be added to all other charges.

lfhe carrier will not be liable for delays cause by an Act of God, Public Enemies, Authority of Law, Quarantine, Riots, Strike ;accidents, breakdowns, Highway Conditions, or any other condition beyond its control and does not guarantee arrival or departu1 ~ime from any given point at any specified time. However, the carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agei ~d/or employee but the same is not guaranteed.
If in the opinion of the carrier, an Act of God, Public Enemies, Authority of Law, Quarantine, Riots, Strikes, Accidents, breakdown Highway Conditions, or any other condition beyond its control, makes it inadvisable to operate its equipment either from point c !Origin or any point en route, the carrier shall not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held to damages for any reasons whatsoeve

CLAIMS Rule No.40
I. A claim by a shipper or consigner against a contracted motor carrier for lost or damages freight or baggage must be submitted to the carrier within 7 days after the loss or damage is discovered.
2. Within 14 days after reccipl of the claims, the carrier shall:
A. Compensate the shipper or consigner; or B. Deliver to the shipper or consigner a written denial of the claim.
3. A denial of a claim may be appealed by the shipper or consigner to the (NTA) Nevada Transportation Authority.

~arrier may elect to appoint as its agent any organization, finn, corporation, motel, hotel, or legal gaining operation who · ndividually or collectively, desire to obtain passengers transportation service between one or more common points of collection of all applicable charges and remittance therefore direct to the carrier without individual passenger fare collection by the carrier.
COMPUTATION OF CHARGES Rule No. 292
Charges will be computed as provided in subparagraph (1), (2), (3), (4), (S) and (6) of this rule. I) BASIC CHARGE- the basic charge to be assessed will be the Live Mileage charge computed under the provisions of
subparagraph 2 of this rule or the Time Charge computed under the provisions of subparagraph 3, whichever is greater, the charges computed under the provisions of subparagraph 4 of this rule will be assessed in addition to the basic charge. 2) LIVE Mileage• the Live Mileage charge provided in Rule no. 1500 will be assessed for each mile traveled by the
... harter coach between the points of origin end the point of destination. 3) TIME CHARGE-The time Charge for Ruic No. 1000 will be assessed for each 24-hour period computed from the time he charter coach is ordered to be at the point of origin to the time the coach is vacated by the charter party at the point of destination subject to a minimum charge of(3) three hours. The cost of the accommodations will be added to all other charges. 3) Any additional mileage operated, or time incurred by the carrier occasioned by an Act of God, bad conditions of the
roads or any other circumstances beyond its control will be charged at the applicable rate. '4) Any additional mileage operated, or time incurred by the carrier at the request of the charter party, will be charged at
the applicable rate. 5) Actual cost incurred for additional driver or drivers required by reasons of the use of the charter equipment in such a

FUEL SURCHARGE
The following Gasoline Fuel-Related Cost Price Adjustment (Surcharge) will apply on passenge1 .ransportation as described below.
I. On the 25th day of each month, the price per gallon of diesel fuel will be determined based on the price stated by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Information Administration survey of Retail On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price based on west coast average.
2. ff the 25th day of the month is a holiday, the price will be determined based on the price or the nex1 business day
3. The DOE fuel price will then be indexed based on the diesel fuel price matrix above to determine the fuel surcharge become applicable on the 1st day of the following month the adjustment wit apply throughout that month.
4. The fuel surcharge will be applied to all charter bus rated on either basic, live or mileage whicheve1 is greater. Further, the surcharge will be shown separately from other charges.
