To take advantage of your free 90 day trial, all you need to do is run the reports!

This document will guide you step by step, using the Dashboard Analysis report as an example.

Step 1

Once you have opened your company, select View...Business Intelligence Centre...Run

Reports...Dashboard Analysis

Step 2

Select the date, and then click “OK”

Step 3

The message below will appear if you haven’t run any reports through BIC before. Select “Yes” to

proceed.

Step 4

You will then receive the message below asking you to re-run the report as the data links have now

been created. Select “OK”

Step 5

Now that the data links have been created, you can now select any of the reports. Once again, we will

use the Dashboard Analysis as the example to show you how easy it is to run the reports. We will go

back to Step 1.

Select View...Business Intelligence Centre...Run Reports...Dashboard Analysis

Step 2

Select the date, and then click “OK”

Step 3

A showing various information will appear. All you need to do is now wait for the report to appear.

Step 4

The following report will now appear in Excel. Have a look through the information provided.

Step 5

To make the most out of this report, select the worksheet named “Instructions”
