  • Clearly defined
  • A target date set
  • Ticked on completion

    • You're not good enough.
    • You don't have enough talent.
    • You don't have enough education/training.
  • Don't accept it. Don't listen to it. Forge ahead.

  • 46 days later John Landy ran a sub 4 minute mile
  • End of 1957 16 runner logged a sub 4 minute mile
  • To date 955 runners run sub 4 minute miles . . . 4700+ times!
