Composition: 2 each from 5 regional groups of UN; 1 each from SIDs and LDCs
Duration term of Experts: 3 years
Staggered rotation (for continuity)
Flexibility to meet as necessary to be determined by the TEG.
Technical Experts to have relevant qualifications and expertise in scientific, technical and socio-
economic fields related to Work Programme of Forum
Membership of TEG to be nominated and approved by Parties
Co-chairs of the TEG for fixed terms (e.g. 3 years) to be decided by TEG members
Meetings open to attendance by accredited observer organisations and observers from Parties
Secretariat to support activities of the TEG
