• No mobile phones – staff have phones in case emergency contact is needed

• No hair straighteners/curlers – fire risk!

• No games consoles/iPods etc

• £5 per day pocket money

• Children will be responsible for all personal belongings – disposable camera is best.

• Books/cards etc are a good idea.

• Bushfield behaviour is expected

• If behaviour is deemed unsafe, then a decision to withdraw the child could be made

• If a child is unusually emotional, etc then a conversation would be held

• If removed from the trip, the child would not return

Kit List

• Warm and cold weather daytime clothing for 3 days.

• Change of clothes for evening activities x 2 (arms and legs must be covered for Snowtrax).

• Swimming kit

• Spare change of clothes in case of wet weather

• 2 pairs of outdoor shoes

• Waterproof coat

• Sun hat / sun cream / sunglasses

What Now?

• Includes the activities, hotel, food and coach…• In the past, the full week has cost £180 (estimated

depending on numbers). • Deposits of £30 to be paid to the office by 11th

October.• We will then inform you of the timetable and the cost• We would like the balance to be paid in instalments up

until end of May.• You will receive notifications via Parentmail• Another meeting will be held just before the trip to
