I, however, a constant optimist, see this as a tremendous time for positive growth! Every difficulty – if we just change our perspective – is also an opportunity.

So what can you find to be positive about when you’re having a hard time meeting your payments, dealing with rising costs of food and gas? How can you deal with these real life strains? While on an individual level these challenges can be a tremendous impetus or opening to awakening, when it happens on a much larger scale – in our communities, cities, countries and event the world – it is a pointer for the need for change on a more collective level. Just like a major trauma, crisis or distress can bring about some of the most profound transformations in an individual’s life – so does a collective crisis of consciousness! As more and more people stop clinging to the old ways - which aren´t working anyways - we all will start inventing, cognizing and creating new ways. I’ve been talking to everyone who would listen in the past few years about how new a way of creating amazing events was emerging... with horizons and possibilities beyond anything that has been created in the past! Sound like a lot of hype? I don’t think so! The stage has been set, and all the pieces have been ready to fall into place… the only thing that has been missing until this point is the impetus that has been brought about by the current state of affairs in our world. I believe we are FINALLY READY and the fear of doing things in a different way, or a fear of change has finally meet its match – the growing necessity to finally BREAK FREE! On my weekly radio show Get Real (www.hayhouseradio.com) I presented a program on prosperity. In advance I

announced that I would be doing on-the-air coaching for listeners who wanted help with issues of abundance. Since prosperity is so relevant for most people, I expected to receive lots of call-ins. When the show began, I looked at my computer switchboard showing me who was calling in (called a “STAC”) and to my surprise, there were no calls. I announced the call-in number again, and after another five minutes, there were still no calls. I was amazed. Then I realized I was facing a fear that one day I would present a show and no one would call in. So I simply went on with my talk about prosperity principles, including the idea that prosperity may be right at your door, but you can keep it at bay with a tiny thought of lack. The first 25-minute segment of the show went by without even one caller. Over that time I became more relaxed about no one calling, and I settled into what I felt was a good talk. During the commercial break that followed, I commented to the engineer in the studio, “I guess there are no callers today.” “Are you kidding?” he replied. “The switchboard was all lit up. Didn’t you see it?” When we analyzed the situation, I realized that I had input the wrong URL code for the web page that showed the STAC. During the previous week we had pre-recorded a show using a STAC with a URL ending in .45. The regular show used the exact same URL, except ending in .46. I refreshed the screen with the .46 code, and there I found about 10 callers, some of whom had been waiting half an hour since the beginning of the show! My error proved my point: A wealth of callers were there, but I missed them by one small digit! When I corrected that one digit, they all poured in, and we enjoyed a marvelous dialogue during the second segment of the show. Likewise, there may be a wealth of money, love, health, or the passion-filled

career you desire, just waiting at your door, but you just have to make a slight adjustment in your mind to allow it in. Abraham-Hicks talks about “vibrational escrow,” describing the abundance of good things you have requested, but have not received because you believe that your wealth is not available, or you don’t deserve it, or others have taken it from you, or you have to struggle to get it. Each of these thoughts represents the one-digit difference between seeing an empty switchboard and finding one lit up with enthusiastic callers. When I related my experience to a friend, he pointed out to me, “It’s interesting that you had a fear of doing a show with no callers. In a way, your fear of no callers created the experience of no callers. You expected that might happen, so when it looked like that was happening, you accepted it. Someone who expected callers might have communicated with the engineer after a few minutes, and the issue could have been rectified quickly.” In a way, the whole scenario was perfect because I got to face my fear and walk through it. I found a way to relax into giving a quality talk even if there were no callers. Several listeners reported that they enjoyed the segment of lecture without callers. Then the callers showed up, so ultimately we had the best of both worlds. Imagine that you water your garden daily by means of a hose connected to a 10,000-gallon water tank. One day you open the hose nozzle and you notice just a few little drops of water trickling out. Immediately your mind goes to worry and lack. “The water ran out!” you exclaim, or “Someone diverted it.” You feel empty, poor, and victimized. Then you look down and you see that you are standing on the hose. Allowing prosperity may be summed up very simply: Get off your hose. The universe has created everything

in ample, even extravagant supply for everyone, but not everyone is open and ready to accept the supply offered. While you cannot choose for others, you can choose for yourself. You do not have to create prosperity. All the prosperity there ever was or will be has already been created. You just have to let it in. Such a momentous reception can be as simple as shifting one thought, or changing one digit on the URL of your consciousness. Take a moment to think about what you would most like, but have not been able to manifest. Now imagine that precise wealth, life partner, stimulating career, glorious home, or vibrant health is already available, just waiting for you to claim it. Further imagine that such a manifestation does not require struggle or sacrifice, but simply a tweak of your awareness from fear to love; lack to abundance; from worry to trust. Now you have your dial set to the station you would like to watch, and watch it you will. ◆

Facts can be your best friends and not your enemy. “Don’t confuse me with the facts,” is a funny phrase

we, as Chiropractors, sometimes hear. It is funny to us because we all know that sometimes we make impulsive health decisions without knowing all of the facts. Then, this issue isn’t very funny at all. When we have a health issue, facts can be very important. In fact, knowing the facts can be the difference in life and death. We need factual answers to the following questions: (1) What is wrong with my body? (2) What are my options to resolvethe problem? (3) Which option is the best for me?

Usually when our health is threatened in some way (injury or illness), we seek help from a source we trust. Children turn to mom and dad for help, while adults seek different health care so-lutions if they cannot resolve the problem themselves.

The more facts we learn, the more we understand that “going natural” is better for us in choosing foods and in choosing health care. Sometimes we allow adver-tising or the casual opinion of a friend to determine how we answer important questions about our health. We may see an ad on television, giving a list of symptoms, and we may decide that a particular medication will solve our health problems. So we ask the doctor to prescribe it, without ever answering the questions, “What is wrong with my body?” and “What are my options for making it better?” and “Which option should I choose?” When it comes to our health, our most important asset, we need to know all of the facts. We need to know how the body works, and we

need to know that the body has a natural ability to heal itself. The fact is … hav-ing a healthy spinal column is a critical component to health. The brain and nerve system perform the basic function of communicating messages to every tissue, organ and cell of the body and the spinal column protects this process. When a spinal vertebrae is misaligned, caused by an injury or simply an activity o f daily living, these mis-

with the communica-tion from the brain to

the body, leading to many health problems.

The mind creates more than 70,000 thoughts every day. It is estimated that 85% of those

thoughts are negative. Negative thinking does not con-tribute, edify or build the person with those thoughts. It should be the goal of every person to seek out thoughts that will allow them to become the best that they can become and reach their full-est potential. If we have been engaged in habitual negative thinking, positive thoughts will not always come naturally or easily. Our thoughts are a critical factor for us to create successful outcomes. The more you train your brain to think in positive ways the more you will expect, act on and create empow-ering outcomes. In most cases, thinking isn’t entirely positive or negative. Thinking is on a continuum with all thoughts having a different value of either positive or negative. Perhaps a better way to describe these thoughts would be ‘contributing’ thoughts or ‘non-productive’ thoughts. Each has a different value in terms of what they will em-

power or limit in your life. Nothing in thought processes is ever black and white; everything is varying degrees of grey. As your thinking is given deliber-ate leadership you can direct it to predetermined and desired patterns of

thinking. How can you take leader-ship of our thoughts? For change in thought to be lasting there is a process that you must follow. The process we share in the film How Thoughts Become Things requires an awareness of your thoughts, an awareness of the process required to change

and a commitment to change. Once the process is understood your think-ing will change and you can then be, do, have and feel greater success than your current thinking will allow. ◆

The general population today is eating out of a box, consuming fast food or take-out. From boxed cere-

al, to packaged granola bars, to frozen piz-zas and soda; this is the standard. People think you’re not normal for not wanting to eat birthday cake and ice cream, chips, soda and pizza at a party. These foods are

not normal and defy nature. Modern technology

has been great but its wreaking havoc on

our digestive system. What efforts would we really go to if we were giving a party and were serving up chips, soda, cake,

ice cream and pizza? You would have to

harvest the grain, grind it, and it is an even longer

process to make white flour for your bread dough and cake batter. Then press the seeds for the oil for those deep fried potato chips, milk the cow, churn the butter for that icing on the cake, and how about the whole process for the sugar, or how do you think corn syrup is processed for the sodas? The point is- common people did not eat like this dur-ing the Middle Ages and prior, it was not until the Napoleonic Era did the production of sugar be-come readily available and supported heavily by Napoleon himself. Decade after decade we slowly began to add more and more production of foods to so-ciety, from processed sugar to milled grains to baked breads then

eventually TV dinners, jarred baby food to the horrors of canned infant formula. Life use to be simple. We all had a garden in our backyard, we raised our own chickens and we ate simple. We ate fresh salads, fruits, nuts, eggs and wild

caught fish. We ate with the seasons. When the cows no longer had milk, we stopped

drinking milk, when it was winter we didn’t eat fresh tomatoes. We ate a variety of foods, all fresh local and simple. We baked our own whole grain breads, but this was a huge task so it was a treat not

an everyday standard. Gathering our food meant being in nature. We knew how to get it and where we had to gather it. It was a big deal, of great value and we truly re-spected and valued our hard earned labor over our food. Now fast forward to the twenty first century. Everything is handed to us in an instant. We over consume and eat com-pletely opposite from nature. We eat and eat and eat. And partly we eat so much be-cause what we eat is so devoid of nutrients. Once we break the cells’ walls of food it begins to oxidize and loose nutrients. Food today is genetically modified, hybridized, processed and lastly, cooked. What’s left? So we eat more and more and more search-ing for those lost nutrients and enzymes. So what is raw food and why does it work? Raw foods consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, sea vegetables, nuts and seeds all in its raw state and never heated above 110 degrees with all nutrients and en-zymes intact. People have been eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) for decades and decades and don’t feel good. Our bodies were not designed to eat massive amounts of food devoid of nutrients and enzymes. Over time our bodies begin to shut down and disease begins. When people start incorporating more raw foods or even 100% raw foods into their diet, they start sleeping better, eating less and healing from arthritis, digestive issues and so much more. It makes sense to eat raw carrots, cucumbers, fresh herbs, sliced tomatoes, a handful of almonds and an apple. Simplifying our food choices, our life and environment bring us closer to nature and balance. If we slow down and think about our life and where and how we get our food, it makes sense to eat raw foods. ◆

of balance, you may be inspired with numerous creative ideas…’receptive’, but for some reason you procrastinate and just don’t get them done…’non active’. Or you are so busy ‘doing’ but find it challenging to be inspired or come up

with new ideas. We live in a world of duality. The movie ‘the secret’ was an opening for many on their spiritual journey, but it lacked action – the masculine. We can imagine and set our intentions with joy and gusto, but if we don’t take action it often does not occur. I witness people dear to me who create their ‘vision board’ and/or clearly set their intentions of

manifestation through visualization. As there is often no action (and/or attachments to the outcome) they get extremely discouraged and angry at God

and the Universe because it does not happen. It requires that you place your conscious awareness on these qualities and recognize where the imbalance is. Intuition is your greatest power! Allow for the awakening and integration of the receptive inner feminine quality of intuition to ask for and receive the guidance and balance of the active qualities of the inner masculine. You then harmonize with the soul and return to conscious oneness. This is the union of your soul’s God/dess-self and your human self. In this balanced state, you have the power to heal and create miracles of the highest kind. ◆

Well I hope you have been learning more about your power animals because they play a very

important role in our everyday life. In the previous excerpt I was going to talk about how animals react to the weather so here it is. Have you ever noticed when the crows all of a sudden start to fly around after each other in circles very fast? Well, they are telling us that some windy weather is happening soon or even right away, there is also a good chance some rain may be coming soon or later that day, so you might want to get in touch with your weather station on the television or the radio for verification. Have you also noticed when you are driving out in the country and you see the cows lying down, although it seems reasonably clear where you are, and you say to yourself “why are they laying down it looks okay to me?” If you look up toward the sky and around you, you may see in the distance

some strong winds whirling about, as well as there maybe a beginning of a rain storm far away, which should get your senses alert telling you that some weather is heading your way. So you see, the animals really do communicate with us and to us so we can understand what is happening around us at all times. They show us and give us these type of signs to be more aware and to be more observant everyday of what is happening on this place we call mother earth. Sometimes a kick in the butt is not just needed but required. We want

money, we want love, we want life to be easy, but we don’t try, we don’t follow through, we don’t put in the effort. Then we complain, are un-happy and feel like life is not being fair. The reality is life takes effort. For some, getting up in the morning takes effort as does everything else. If you want a great relationship you have to put in the effort. You have to com-municate, give of yourself, accept someone for who they are, with all of their quirks, and unique little twitches. You want money; you have to do what is required. We were taught growing up that nothing in life is free and it is true. You don’t have to work to the bone but you do have to put in effort. Life can and will be amazing if you allow it. Money in the bank, that trip you have been waiting to go on. Bills dropped down. Nice car to drive and enjoy. That perfect someone to share forever with. Having that gorgeous family. We all have goals or we wouldn’t be living. Re-member a goal is something to reach. So ask yourself are you putting in the effort in your life? If you are then you know the rewards and if you aren’t, turn it around. The great thing about life, the Universe, and effort is no one is keeping score. Yet! Most scientists believe that the world will end in 2012, and many people are scared. Some believe that only God knows when the world will end. No one knows for an

absolute certainty. We don't have control over these things but we can have control over our reactions to fear/stress. There are two types of stressors: internal and external. The state of our environment is an example of an external stressor; but how we react to the external can cause internal stress, or not. We have a choice as to how we react to these stressors in our lives. We cannot escape stress entirely, but we can reduce our own reaction to stress by what we think, say, feel and act. Stress can be good, especially in a dangerous situation. Physically we respond by either a “fight or flight” response. Blood is sent to the centre of our body so that we can see & hear better; become stronger and react faster. When this stress becomes chronic, however, cortisol builds up in our body. This can cause symptoms of: a hyper-startle response, hyper-vigilant behavior, irritability, and/or a loss of sense of humor. Eventually, if this continues, emotional, physical, and/or mental illness can occur. What can you do? Recognize what can and cannot be changed. Reduce your “obligations” by saying “no”; walk away or shorten your exposure to stressors; and work on changing negative thoughts. Try smiling and laughing; it increases endorphins, the happy hormone. Try relaxation by the use of meditation, soft music, a hot bath, slow deep breathing, massage, a healthy diet, and regular exercise. Avoid excessive nicotine or caffeine. Employ a consistent sleeping schedule. Be good to yourself. Pursue goals that are important to you; and keep up relationships that are supportive. Look at failures, upsets, and pain as opportunities to grow and become stronger. Keep spiritually in touch with your higher power. What is the result? You become happier and healthier in body, mind, and spirit. ◆

When asking a professional reflexologist the definition of their craft, they may

answer in effect; “Reflexology is a gentle pressure point massage which targets the over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet, which relate to every part of the body. Reflexology relaxes the body, in order that the body can heal itself. “ . Although the definitions are similar around the world, techniques or style may change. Yes, not all reflexology is the same. In my travels I have found four basic types or styles of reflexology. I am sure there are many more, however, these four caught my attention. Egyptian reflexology, for example, is a more gentle form of pressure point massage; oils and cream are used. The same techniques are used as in Europe or what we know here in North America, as basic reflexology. Because

basic reflexology is a more point specific treatment, it is easier to tailor make the pressure to accommodate the client’s needs. Thumb walking is the primary technique used with no oils or creams. A little more pressure than Egyptian but not as much as Thai foot reflexology; otherwise known as Thai foot massage. This is done in a routine, targeting every reflex as you would in the first two styles

mentioned; however, the technique is

more gliding.

In Thailand, oils and creams are used. A Thai stick, usually made of rosewood is employed to work many specific reflex points. The pressure can be more intense than basic. Then we have Chinese reflexology, which seems too many to be the type which gives the client the most pressure, and is sometimes even painful. Most reflexology charts are the same. Without the words, a well trainedreflexologist would have no problem reading any chart. When referring to many things in Thailand there is a saying: same same, but different. This too can be said about reflexology around the world. Wherever your travels take you, try the local variety, you won’t be disappointed. ◆

Everyday, I desperately waited and prayed for Oprah to call. At the same time I was terrified that

Have you ever asked your self “Why am I in the shape I’m in”? Aren’t we all made of the same matter;

bones, flesh and blood? So why do our packages all look so different from one another? I believe the answers are in the intangible spiritual, mental and emotional energies that manifest in the tangible physi-cal body. Our bodies are the densest form of our spirit or energy life source. Our minds (conscious or unconscious) are the gatekeeper of actions and reactions to our life experiences that create imbalances in the flow of our emotions. To truly under-stand ourselves we can start by decoding the language of the BodyMind. How is our inner world creating our outer world? Are we flowing with the river of life or are we creating dams that well up and over flow or do we simple leave our bodies when we don’t like what we are feeling. In the study of the BodyMind, we start by looking at the information in our forma-tion. We look at the relationship between the three primary ways in which the cells of our bodies are formed: as hard tissue, soft tissue and fluids. We can then refer to the relationship that these three cell structures have with our spiritual, mental and emo-tional energies. Are we not spiritual being having a physical experience? Is there har-mony or dis-ease?

It is not an easy task, however, not one that everyone will want to undertake, for it demands that we deal with all those

aspects of ourselves that we have been spending many years ignoring or protect-ing. ◆

Many people are very concerned about their health these

days, what we are putting into our bodies and what is in our environment both chemically and beyond. As a result, many people are realizing how vitally important it is to get involved with politics during elections because the right person in the right place can change so much for the better – but the wrong person can do so much damage as well. I challenge all of you, to think about this quote; “Who are we, as one of the most educated populations in history, to NOT get involved and do what we can to make things better, to help facilitate positive change, and make a difference for ourselves and all future generations to come.” Reading this, I feel a responsibility, and I am hoping you do as well, to speak up and challenge candidates, on where they stand on critically important issues regarding our health. Take Fluoride for example. One of the world’s most

poisonous substances and a major headache. As an industrial pollutant, after WWII there was a serious problem of what to do with all the toxic stockpiles around the country that resulted from the wartime effort to produce aluminum. To make a long story short, industry insiders lobbied Washington for help, and next thing you know Dr. Edward Bernays, author of the then ground-breaking book “Propaganda” and today, known as the father of modern “spin doctoring”, was running advertisements around the country showing happy children with bright, smiling teeth, insisting that putting all that fluoride into the water (so it could be flushed out to sea) not only wouldn’t poison people downstream, but was actually healthy for us! (Casablanca Video has a free, public service video rental available on this). Today, even though experts have called it the Greatest Fraud ever perpetrated upon the human race, we still have fluoride (along with lead, cadmium, arsenic and other trace toxins) being added to our water here in Calgary and many other places as well. I have a long history with this issue: in 1998, as a then-Alderman

on Calgary City Council, the Calgary Herald’s

reporter, Don Braid credited me with

almost single-handedly

getting fluoride on the ballot

for people to vote on it, after I engaged in

months of work, research and lobbying

my colleagues to go along with me to at least get it

out to a vote. Unfortunately we lost that vote. My biggest political opponent since that time is a local political expert and campaign manager named Don Lovett, who has just been currently announced as the campaign manager of my newest opponent, Barb Higgins. Don told me personally some years ago of how proud he was of being the man who got fluoride into Calgary’s water supply in the first place, playing an instrumental role in managing the campaign on behalf of the Calgary Health Authority many years ago. I’m sure he considers it one of his proudest accomplishments, but personally given all the major and growing evidence against fluoride, and the effect of it accumulating in our environment more and more every time someone waters the

lawn over the past many decades, I think many people will have a very different view of it. With the growing world of technology, and endless hours

on the computer, people keep in contact more than ever via email. However, the more time we spend on our computers the less actual human contact we have. This means that one of the most important basic human needs suffers. Human touch. Without touch, babies can

fail to gain weight, have their immune

systems weakened,

and even suffer premature death. But the more touch they

get, the healthier

and happier they will be.

Adults aren't much different. Some

experts say that people who aren't married have a much greater risk of heart disease and a higher death rate (up to 5 times greater), and that touch plays a major role in their health. It's an inherent need, and if we don't get enough our health and quality of life can suffer. Unfortunately, touch deprivation is reaching epidemic proportions and lack of meaningful touch plagues many peoples’ lives. This is all avoidable because the solution is so simple. Just do more of it. The quickest and most effective way to experience the amazing power of touch is through massage. This is not limited to professional massage by a therapist, although I highly

recommend getting one if you never have. Touch in the form of massage should be a regular part of everyone's life if they want to feel better and relive stress. It amazes me that massage is still seen by many as a luxury even by many healthcare practitioners. It's seen as a treat by people who get a gift certificate for massage or when they have some extra money instead of as part of a program for maintaining optimal health. Don't get me wrong, massage is a treat in every sense of the word. Every time I get massaged I'm feeling it's a special day. But I also know there are many valuable healing benefits to this practice. In fact, massage has been used for helping to relieve many aliments as well as to improve overall health for thousands of years. Most people would think you would have to do something unpleasant such as constant hours of working out and eating right or taking five different types of medication with dangerous side effects to receive all of these great benefits. Even if the only benefit was to relieve stress and anxiety it would be enormously beneficial knowing all the dangerous effects of these conditions when they are chronic. With massage, the benefits are almost instant, and did I mention incredibly pleasurable? It doesn't always have to an hour full body (although that's my favorite kind) You can give or receive a massage almost any time or place.

Just rubbing your child's back at bedtime to increase bonding relieve anxiety and help induce sleep, not to mention teaching them to be healthier and happier by learning and feeling comfortable with regular touch they will make it part of their lives later in life. Rubbing a friends shoulders, who's having a difficult time. Lightly touching your lover's arms and hands while watching a movie, to increase intimacy and to show your love without using words. Giving a foot massage to an

elderly relative, will make a huge difference on

their

lives. It works wonders for their mood and lifts their spirit. Don't focus too much on your technique; just a light caring touch will be enough at first. You'll be surprised by how powerful simple touch can be. It will positively impact the health and well being of you and your loved ones. It's also one of the best ways to reduce stress especially around the holidays where stress levels are significantly increased. In conclusion, in order to get the most out of this powerful therapy you need to practice it on a regular basis. And if you’re giving all the time don't be shy to ask to receive. Make no mistake about it, there is nothing else that feels so good and has so many health benefits and deepens your connection with someone you love, all at the same time. new reality. As a clinical

herbalist, I am in a unique situation to see this new pace and

uncertainty affecting people

every day. Not just my patients, but the

wider world of government, business, and environment. I spend part of my life in a clinic,

other parts in Government committees, in corporate laboratories, as a travelling lecturer and teacher, with indigenous peoples around the world and most pleasurably, digging and rooting in the soil on my organic herb farm. I would have to say that the land and the indigenous peoples have influenced me the most in the teachings of these times. Everywhere I turn, there’s an increased pace, and increased uncertainty. In the last few years I have traveled extensively, gathering tales and stories from indigenous peoples. From the forests of Siberia, the steppes of Mongolia, the deep rain

forests of the Yucatan, and the mountainous regions of Peru, comes a common theme. In their conversations, concerns, and prophecies, indigenous people seem to feel that things are coming to a head somewhere around the end of 2012. Many have heard that the Mayan Calendar comes to an end on Dec 21, 2012; but what most people don’t know is this is echoed in at least 25 other prophesies from around the world. I don’t believe in the Hollywood version of the world coming to an end in great floods and earth changes, but I do believe in an Apocalypse. Yes the world, as we know it, will dissolve into a new reality,

but with the true meaning of apocalypse – “lifting of the veil.” I’ll still be booking appointments for 2013. But I’m planning to face them in a new and refreshing way. From an astronomical point of view, the Earth, the Sun and several planets will line up in relationship relative to the center of the Galaxy over the next year or two. Several indigenous people have great stories about these times. For over 1500 years before the Spaniards landed in the Yucatan, the Maya were contemplating our relationship with the center of the Galaxy (Hunab ‘Ku) … while most of Europe still thought that the world was flat.

Zero Point Energy (ZPE) or source energy is the hottest buzz in

the quantum energy world and with good cause.

So what is ZPE exactly and

what does it do? In brief, the zero point field theory was first

proposed by Albert

Einstein and Otto Stern in

1913; however it was not until the 1950s that Russian scientist Nicolai Kozyrev proved the existence of this source / life-giving energy field, demonstrating

that, like time, it flows in a sacred geometric spiral resembling the involutions of a conch shell that has been called phi, the Golden Mean, and the Fibonacci sequence. In the face of overwhelming evidence of its existence, Western scientists now refer to this ether using such phrases as “zero point energy” and “vacuum potential”. This breakthrough research in temporal physics establishes that torsion/ ZPE permeates the entire multidimensional galaxy and not only is responsive to but may actually be consciousness creatively experiencing itself in time. When our body is reminded of ZPE it “remembers” that its true

nature is to be free of discomfort and dis-stress. In the presence of ZPE, the body is invited to come into homeostasis/balance.
