The pre-module assessment is designed to prepare the trainee for the module. It helps also the trainers to better understand individual participant needs.

Management Projects are small and focused on one specific topic that will be share with the Biotest Management Team (outside of the ILMP).

Each Day is divided in 5 working slots of 90 mnEvening work is focused on Mgmt Projects

Typical Management Projects could be:Communication, Appraisal & Reprimands, Conflict Management, AssertivenessCoaching, Mentoring, Delegation, Motivation, Time Management ,Meeting Management, Negotiation…
