Tim was born and raised in Montana and graduated from Montana State University. He had a 35+ year career as a ski racing coach. Tim has lived in Park City since 1988, and through his wife, Karin, has been involved with real estate for the past 15 years and understands the local market and its evolution. Karin moved to Park City in 1992. During her career as a Realtor she has been very involved with the Board of Realtors and other community activities. She is a former Director of the Park City Board of Realtors and co-chaired the Environmental Issues Committee. She was a trustee for Recycle Utah and a two time recipient of the Professional Achievement Award. She was also an officer for the Western Mountain Resort Alliance.
