MethodMethod

1. Mix the brown sugar, pepper andsalt; rub over ribs. Place ribs boneside down on a rack in a largeshallow roasting pan. Drizzle withhoney. Pour beer around ribs.Spoon some of the beer mixtureover ribs.

2. Cover tightly with foil and bake at325° for 1 hour. Reduce heat to250°; bake 2 hours longer or untiltender.

3. Moisten a paper towel withcooking oil; using long-handledtongs, lightly coat the grill rack.Drain ribs. Grill, covered, overmedium heat for 10-15 minutes oruntil browned, turning and bastingoccasionally with barbecue sauce.

1. In a shallow container, blend soysauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juiceand garlic. Place chicken breasts intothe mixture, and turn to coat. Cover,and marinate in the refrigerator atleast 30 minutes.

1. Add all the ingredients, except theground lamb, to a food processorand pulse until the garlic andginger are finely minced.

2. Add the spices to the mixture andknead.
