November 2008 Sandwich, MA Nationally recognized drive-through clinic served 1,000 citizens Handled planning and staffed all six levels of logistical support over a 10-hour operational period Operated jointly with the MA Fire Marshal, National Guard, and county resources

To apply for membership in the BCIMT an applicant will fill out and submit an application and resume. The applicant will be subject to a one-year probationary period and must meet the following criteria: •  Must be 18 years of age •  Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license •  Must be willing to have a background and CORI (Criminal Offender Record

Information) check •  Must be dedicated and available for monthly meetings, drills, and

deployments as set forth in the BCIMT Operational Guidelines •  Must have or obtain CPR and basic first aid certification •  Must have completed ICS 100, ICS 200 and ICS 700 (online courses*) *These courses are located at https://training.fema.gov/IS/NIMS.aspx
