CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to our spa business and therapists, and so that we may accommodate other clients’ needs, please give at least 48 hour notice if cancelling or rescheduling your reserved appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% (fifty) of the total service scheduled. When scheduling an appointment after one no-show or late cancellation we will require that you guarantee your reservation by providing us with a valid credit card.
