AIMS:To measure the acceleration due to gravity

WHAT WE NEED?

• A appropriate stone.

• A stop watch.

• Find a 10-floors-building.

• A meter-ruler.

• Do it in a no-wind-day.

HOW WE DO?

• One student let the stone free fall from the tenth floor .Measure the height of one floor,

Then get the height of 10 floor.

• At the same time,the other student push the switch of the watch.

• When the stone touch the ground,stop the watch and read it.
