site of the hotel• Purpose => the client can fill up the form of the

requests that concern his stays • According to his schedule and needs, the client will

have different choices available with detailed information, prices and guest comments. (restaurant, theater or other activities)

• The next day, the guest receives a confirmation from the hotel’s concierge

• The tickets of the different activities he selected will be in his room at his arrival

available, so that the guest has not got trouble decided on the prices if he is not living in the country’s currency rate.
