ATTORNEY MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT AGAINST
ANDREW HAYS, ANTONIA HAYS, SARAH BUCK
The Respondents, Andrew Hays, Antonia Hays and Sarah Buck, are all charged
with violating ARDC Rules 1.2 (d) A lawyer shall not counsel a client to engage, or
assist a client, in conduct that the lawyer knows is criminal or fraudulent,Criminal,
Fraudulent and Prohibited Transactions. With knowingly and willfully assisting their client
Mark Stoller to commit a crime1 or fraud in Cook County Civil Case No. 2014 CH06759

1 [9] Paragraph (d) prohibits a lawyer from knowingly counseling or assisting a client to commit a crime or fraud.

RULE 1.7: CONFLICT OF INTEREST: RULE 3.7: LAWYER AS WITNESS
(a) A lawyer shall not act as advocate at a trial in which the lawyer is likely to be a necessary
witness
RULE 4.1: TRUTHFULNESS IN STATEMENTS TO OTHERS In the
course of representing a their client Mark Stoller, the Respondents knowingly: (a) make a false
statement of material fact or law to a third person.
RULE 8.4: MISCONDUCT
The Respondents are charged with
(a) violating or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce
another to do so, or do so through the acts of another.
(b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects.
(c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
(d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.
The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission was established by
the Illinois Supreme Court to deal with issues of professional misconduct of
attorneys. The serious allegations of professional misconduct that the Complainant
has raised regarding the Respondents are issues that are not before the Illinois
Court in No. 2014 CH06759 . The issues of professional misconduct raised by
this Attorney Disciplinary complaint are issues that the Commission is solely

empowered to act upon under the Illinois Rules of Professional Misconduct and
NOT any State Court Judge.

BACKGROUND FACTS
Respondents Andrew Hays, Antonia Hays and
Sarah Buck, represent , Mark Stoller, 43 the son of Christopher Stoller, 65 the
complainant in Cook County Case No. 2014 CH06759 where Mark Stoller is
charged with defrauding his father out of $67,000, aided and abetted by the said
respondents who are named defendants. See Exhibit 1
2 .

RESPONDENTS ENGAGED IN A COVERUP AND ATTEMPT TO
THREATEN OPPOSING COUNSEL WITH A RULE 137 MOTION
UNLESS RESPONDENTS ARE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAW A
DEFENDANTS FROM CASE No. 2014 CH06759
After respondents received service of summons naming them as
defendants' in case No. 2014 CH06759, they wrote a letter to counsel for
the Plaintiff/Complainant Christopher threaten him with a Rule 137 sanction
motion unless they are withdrawn from case No 2014 CH06759 in order to
cover up their professional misconduct and alleged criminal conduct.
WHEREFORE, Complainant prays that the Inquiry Board immediately
assign this matter to a hearing, panel, that a date for hearing be immediately set,
that the hearing be conducted and that the panel make findings of fact, conclusions
of law and a recommendation for such discipline as is warranted by its findings.
