Awards ceremony

Alexandra Maskoff has started playing piano when she was five year old under the guidance of her teacher Tatiana Pikayzen. She is a maturing solo piano player who won many competitions and played at many recitals in Carnegie Hall as well as many other venues. In 2016 Sasha won Grand Prix Award in Concert Festival Concerto Competition and performed Mendelssohn’s Piano Concerto with Concert Festival Orchestra. She is a winner of many piano competitions including American Protege, ADGT, and Rondo Vanguard winner; winner of several Schubert Club awards and CSMTA. Sasha is member of a chamber music piano trio at the CMS (Connecticut Music Central, based in Westport, CT)

as a pianist and has played with them since 2012. She has also started playing saxophone in 2014 and enjoys performing in jazz band while attending New England Music Camp during the summer. In her spare time she enjoys reading more than anything else.
