    To recognize marketing students with outstandingacademic achievement and exemplary contributionsto co-curricular marketing activities.

    To recognize official school-based marketingorganizations with at least three marketing-relatedactivities in the past school year.

    To provide an opportunity for students to hone andtest their theoretical knowledge through applicationin actual marketing cases.

    Open to all marketing majors , non marketing majorand students of related courses, who havesuccessfully completed at least 9 units of Marketing

    Subjects and Business related subjects.The contenders (students) are required to submit amarketing plan for SUN IDD TODO TAWAG

    The contenders will follow a template for the

    marketing plan. This will be provided by the sponsorand finalized by the Youth and Academe committee(TBA)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The candidate must be a bonafide student enrolled in a

    marketing or business course with the nominating school

    for at least three (3) school years from the date of

    nominations.

    The candidate must have: Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least

    85% or its equivalent.

    No grade lower than 80% or its equivalent in

    Marketing, Advertising and Economics subjects No grade lower than 80% or its equivalent in any

    subject for the last two (2) school years. (Copy ofgrades/certification must be submitted)

    The candidate must have completed at least 9 units ofMarketing or Marketing related subjects at the time ofhis application

    The candidate must have been involved, as initiator orleader, in at least three school-based or community-

    based projects that used marketing strategies in itsimplementation.

    The candidate must have a written endorsement bythe College Dean and/or by the Marketing Department

    Chairperson and/or Marketing Adviser.A maximum often (10) entries per school will beaccepted.

    Requirements

    Documentation of outstanding work related to Marketing(maximum of 20 pages, short size bond paper (8 x 11,one side only) inclusive of the following:

    - Resume (2 pages maximum) with two (2pcs) passport

    size photos- One page presentation on why he /she should be

    awarded (one page only)

    - List of Academic and Co-curricular Achievements in

    Marketing (for the past 3 years)

    List of Marketing-related activities/involvements

    (at least three). This should include:

    - Title of the project

    -

    Date of implementation- Description of the Project and the candidates role in the

    said project. (The candidate must show documentaryevidence that he was organizer or lead participant in thesaid project)

    - Brief presentation emphasizing the marketing strategiesused in the project and how this helped ensure theprojects success

    The contenders (local JMA) are required to submit amarketing plan for Galing Pilipino Movement (CSR)

    The contenders will follow a template for themarketing plan. This will be provided by the sponsorand finalized by the Youth and Academe committee(TBA)

    The contender (local JMA) must be a member ofPhilippine Junior Marketing Association

    -The association / nominee must be existing for atleast (3) three school years from the date of thenomination.

    -The association must not be under probationarystatus and must not have any derogatory record.

    -The nomination of the association must have awritten endorsement by the College Dean AND the

    Dean of the Student Affairs.

    -The association must have at least three (3)implemented projects and programs, which clearly use

    marketing strategies and practices in their implementation

    - Any one of the projects must be (community-based,school-based, conducted in cooperation with AME /PJMA or any marketing organization)

    -The weights of the scores will be based on the followingcriteria:

    - Significance and impact of Activities conducted for

    school year 2012 on the school (50 points)- Comprehensive and innovative marketing plan for GPM

    (50 points)

    Upon receipt of the letter invitation for thecompetition, the school, through the Dean of Collegeof Business or related courses, shall signify itsintention to compete by officially responding to the

    letter.The school shall then select only ONE teamcomposed of 6 (six) marketing or business or otherrelated courses students and their adviser/coach who

    will compete in the WACOAL MARKETING PLANCOMPETITION (new category).

    All marketing plans must be submitted in power pointformat and in a CD and on paper.

    All plans must be submitted in 5 (five) sets on or

    before 3pm of December 14, 2012

    ALL STUDENTS/TEAMS MUST USE A CODE NAMEwhich will appear on all the slides in the power pointpresentation.

    The presentation materials MUST NOT bear the nameor any markings of the school.
