Schedule a trial session and test your connection, mic, and you speaker’s comfort level with Adobe Connect.

Host user must connect via the phone system to initiate the bridge to the VoIP. Otherwise, your audience will hear the waiting music during your session.

You can customize your meeting room, and it will stay that way for your next session. You can email your chat transcript. It will be received by the host account email, and your

CAC rep will forward it to you. Your recording will be available immediately after your meeting. Check with your CAC rep

to get the link. You can have multiple rooms for your community. Usually one for regular meetings, and a

room with a randomly generated URL to use when you are selling access to your meetings.

You can publish your meeting URL, and only admit those people who you know or who have paid for access.

You cannot change the host login information, but you can change the name the user appears as in the Attendees Pod.

You can upload your slides or other files you want to share before the meeting and select them when you are ready to share.

There are several pods available to use during your meetings. Feel free to log into your room and play around.
