PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:
Responsible to monitor Projects for Process up gradation/capacity expansion/New products and coordinate these activities by follow-up with Project In-charge, supplier, checking the technical details of equipment received at sites, proper installation & commissioning.
Erection & commissioning of Vacuum Distillation column having 5 tons capacity. Erection & Commissioning of Glass lined reactors & Gas (Hydrogen) induction reactor. Project completed with Gail- “FO to Gas conversion for the Thermopacs”. Erection & commissioning of Short Path (Molecular distillation-High Vacuum Plant). Erection and commissioning of AHU. Erection and commissioning of Reactors section and its Utilities. Installation and commissioning of PET-COKE fired furnaces.
Dec 2010 – July 2011 M/s TIEJUN Electric Power Engg. Company Ltd, jhajjar Engineer (Piping)Worked from Basic engineering stage to detailed engineering stage, erection, commissioning of the boiler section for their coal based super critical thermal power plant with capacity of 1320 MW (660 MW X 2), located at Jharli Jhajjar.
Jan’2008 – Nov’2010 M/s TOYO Engineering India Ltd, NCU (IOCL), Panipat Engineer (Piping)
Worked as Piping Engineer looking after manufacturing of pipe spools, erection, line clearance, commissioning of the Cracking section and main Pipe rack of the Naptha Cracking Unit of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The unit has a capacity of producing 8 lac ton/annum of Ethylene, 6 lac ton/annum of Polypropylene, along with production of LLDPE/HDPE, MEG.
