Question Types• SurveyMonkey allows the creation of many types of

questions including text box\comments, multiple choice, rating scales, and many others. We will cover multiple choice and rating scales in this presentation.

• SurveyMonkey also contains a database of questions that the user can pick from as well. This presentation will show the user how to create new questions from scratch but in many cases questions may already be available that will pop up as you type the question text that may fit your needs. Using these will help speed up the process of creating your survey.
