This metro corridor will ensure quicker commute between the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, bringing Mumbai city closer to Panvel.

The Highlands is designed

to follow the existing terrain,

with each tower sitting on

different levels, created by

virtue of the site.

Each tower is carefully oriented in

a way that maximum units look

either at the surrounding hills or

into the central garden.

This garden hosts the well-designed

club that follows the free-flowing

contours of the site, while the 6-level

podium façade and the 7 towers

form a neat backdrop.

An 18m-wide approach road

allows everyone to absorb the

scale and openness of the design.

The central greens with the

clubhouse and the surrounding

In each tower, articulately designed

screens at every floor add character

to the facade.

Free-standing fins hold the towers

together while also defining the skyline

for the complex.

Bathed in a grey colour scheme,

the towers complement the dynamic

design of the club and the stepped

landscape, letting the greens stand out.

The design focusses on segregating

vehicular movement and site services

from the pedestrian zone, creating a

vehicle-free, safe space for all ages.

All vehicular drop-offs are created

along the outer periphery of the

towers.

The entrance of each tower is

defined by large, inviting canopies

leading into double height entrance

lobby spaces.

All levels of podiums are connected

directly to the tower lobbies for

direct access to the towers.

The complex integrates organic

waste compost and a sewage

treatment plant as green initiatives.

The landscape is designed around

the existing terrain, minimally disturbing

nature’s own design.

The top of the podium and

the club terraces are designed

as green roofs.

Natural ventilation and light cut-outs

in the podium make the towers

more energy efficient.
