2. IPR Cells Created by PIC, UCOST

PIC has create 08 (Eight) Intellectual Property Cells at various Universities (IPCU’s) in

Uttarakhand for spreading the IPR awareness within the Uttarakhand state. As per the

directions of the DST, Govt. of India, PIC, UCOST provide an annual financial assistance of Rs.

20,000/- per IPR cell
