Letter No. CGMT/MH/S&MCFA/CSC/Franchisee ruling/19-21/30dated 20/02/20. With reference to above, it is stated that as per reports from various SSA; the tender of CSC Outsourcing either has not been received or finalized (Reference Annexure I) due to complete lockdown in the wake of COVID-19. Therefore, it is directed to continue with the existing arrangement of manning CSC with Franchisee /DSA as intimated vide letter at reference No.1 above till the tenders are finalised and franchisees/vendors are successfully on boarded to OCSC portal .All out efforts must be made to finalise the tender at the earliest. The on boarding of Franchisee/ Successful bidder for operation and Maintenance of CSC on new OCSC portal created by ITPC, shall be done by SSA Admn. Each SSA, therefore should appoint one SSA admin for the purpose. The SSA Admin login to OCSC portal shall be provided by Circle Admn. The Circle Admn at present is Shri Anil Jadhav, JTO S&M CM % CGMT MH Mumbai, Mobile No 9422196969. The following roles will be assigned to SSA Admin: 1. He/She will Create Franchisees or Agent 2. He/She will Create Counter Agent under franchisees 3. He/She will monitor Sales and franchisee and furnish reports Franchisee here means the successful bidder /Vendor whom the CSC operation and Maintenance is outsourced. Franchisee shall be assigned the following roles 1. View Counter Agents working under franchisee. 2. View all transactions done by Counter Agents. 3. All transactions will happen using Franchisee CTO UP and MPIN, so franchisee needs to maintain MPIN in the portal. The detailed user manual is enclosed as annexure II and detail training/ Webinar is being conducted by ITPC from time to time. This is for information and necessary action.     Circle Admin Creation Circle Admin users will be created by ITPC Development wing.

    Please mail the Circle Admin creation in following Format to

    Once the Circle Admin user is created, they will be able to Login to

    Click on Manage Users in Menu Bar

    Click on Add Button, a form will open, fill desired details and click submit

    in grid and click on Edit Button

    Role of Franchisee

    View Counter agents working under Franchisee

    View all the transaction done by Counter Agent

    All the transaction will happen using franchisee CTOPUP and MPIN, so franchisee need to maintain the MPIN in the Portal

    How to Login to Application:

    Navigate to the Link given for OCSC Portal

    Login using username and password shared over SMS

    After successful Login for the first time screen to change your password and

    enter MPIN will be displayed

    Enter the information in the above screen like your new password and MPIN of your CTOP UP and click on Save Changes.

    After this, a Dashboard will be available with Menu containing all available options

    Franchisee can click on View Agents Menu Option to see all the agents created under the franchisee

    Franchisee can View all Landline Transactions by Click on View Landline Transaction Menu Option by all agents under him.

    Franchisee can View all GSM Transactions by Click on View GSM Transaction Menu Option by all agents under him.

    Franchisee can View all Prepaid Transactions by Click on View Prepaid Transaction Menu Option by all agents under him.

    How to Pay Bill?

    Click on Pay Bill menu option

    Select the desired type of Bill pay like Landline/ GSM/ wings/DID/corporate Enter Mobil number/Landline number, Account number (optional), Contact number or Email id for sharing receipt. Then Click Next

    Enter MPIN and click Finish, receipt will generated. You can generate pdf or print

    receipt using buttons
