Dear Kutlwano,

Letter ofOffer for IX Telecom Internship Program.

We are pleased to offer you a placement in the IX Telecom Internship Program with our company.

You will be assigned to the Network Operation Centre, reporting to the Head of the Operation

Department who will provide you with job deliverables and accountabilities. You will be based in IX

Telecom Sdn Bhd, A-2-01 SME Technopreneur Centre II, 2260 Jalan Usahawan 1, 63000 Cyberjaya,

Selangor Darul Ehsan, MALAYSIA subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions herein

under contained.

1. COMMENCEMENT OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMYour program will be deemed to commence on 3

rdJune 2013 to 25

thAugust 2013.

2. ALLOWANCEYou will be paid an allowance of RM 300.00 a month and RM200.00 a month for shift

allowance if you are requested to work on shift. IX reserves the right to amend and alter the

sums as it deems necessary.

3. HOURS OF WORKYou have to follow the following working days/hours set by the management of the

company; which is twelve (12) hours shift work schedule.

IX reserves the right to request you to work beyond your normal working hours or to work

on Rest Days or Public Holidays as and when the need arises. Generally, Saturdays and

Sundays are rest days.

4. PUBLIC HOLIDAYSPublic Holidays are granted as announced by the Company from time to time.

5. BUSINESS-RELATED TRAVEL AND ASSIGNMENTS OUTSIDE BASE LOCATIONThe Company is involved in diverse activities, operating in various locations within and

outside Malaysia. Subject to business requirements and in order to maintain efficientoperations, you may be assigned to other locations within or outside your base location. You

may be assigned to work, from one location to another, or from one IX Company to another

in some cases to work overseas within the IX Group of Companies. The assignment duration

may vary from short business visits, short-term assignments to longer term transfers.

The Company endeavors to discuss prospective assignments with employees in advance and

where possible the employees wishes will be taken into account.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY INFORMATIONYou shall not, except as authorized or required by your duties, reveal to any persons or

Company any of the trade secrets or confidential operations processes or dealing or any

information concerning the Company or any of its associate Companies which may come to

your knowledge during your employment herein under and shall keep with complete secrecy

all confidential information entrusted to you.

7. BREACH OF CONTRACTIt shall be deemed as breach of contract of employment should you at any time, from the

date of this agreement:

a. Fail to faithfully and diligently perform such duties or accept such responsibilities asmay from time to time be assigned to you by the company.

b. Fail to obey and comply with all orders and directions given to you by the company.c. Carry on a private trade or business or sharing with other person or persons in

competition with the company, the nature of business or trade with the company,

the nature or trade being identical, similar or allied to the business or trade of the

company in which you are employed or even when you have resigned.

d.

Misbehave or misconduct yourself.

Any breaches of the contract of employment on the above grounds shall render you liable to

dismissal by the company without notice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES COPYRIGHTBy agreeing to work with IX you have directly and voluntarily waived any personal claims on

any intellectual property copyrights of any work, discoveries or findings as a result of your

work in IX.

Nonetheless, IX may exercise its goodwill compensate you (monetary or in-kinds) for your

effort. Value of compensation or otherwise will be determined by the Management of IX as

they deem fit.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTThe terms and conditions of service mentioned above are not exhaustive but highlight the

salient ones only. Other term and condition of employment are incorporated in the

Employees Handbook. IX reserves the right to add or author or vary the term of condition of

the handbook as and when the need arises. IX reserves the right to add or alter or vary the

terms and conditions of employment by ad hoc memorandum sent to employees.

10.ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERThis offer is subject to confirmation from IX that you are fit for work. Please sign and return

the duplicate of this letter in confirmation of your understanding and acceptance of the

above terms and conditions within fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, failing which

this offer shall lapse.

Photocopy of savings account book bearing your name and account number.

I agree that my salary shall be banked in the above account and I also declare that above
