JILLIAN DELSIGNOREJillian DelSignore is the Head of ETF Distribution with J.P.Morgan’s Asset Management business. She is responsible for leading the sales efforts and strategy in the intermediary and institutional markets.

Before joining J.P.Morgan in September 2015, Jillian was a Strategic Account Manager within BlackRock’s iShares ETF Institutional Asset Management Group. She was responsible for

developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, including boutique asset managers, global institutional asset managers, hedge funds and registered investment advisory firms.

Prior to joining iShares in March, 2009, Ms. DelSignore worked in the Independent Advisory Channel of Goldman Sachs Asset Management covering GSAM mutual funds, separate accounts, retirement plans, and alternative investments. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2005. Earlier, Ms. DelSignore worked in both the Institutional Corporate Cash and Global Bank Divisions at Federated Investors from 2000-2005.

LYNN S. BLAKE, CFALynn is an Executive Vice President of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) and CIO of Global Equity Beta Solutions. In this capacity, she oversees a team of 70 portfolio managers globally, and more than 1,600 portfolios with assets in excess of $1.4 trillion across all equity index and smart beta strategies. She also oversees SSGA’s ESG Investments and Asset Stewardship Team as well as the Company Stock Group which manages fiduciary transactions and company stock investments, including company stock ownership and 401K plans. In addition, she is a member

of the SSGA Fiduciary Committee, the Investment Committee, and the IT Steering Committee. Lynn also serves as a member of SSGA’s Executive Management Group.

Prior to her current role, Lynn was head of non-US markets of passive equities, responsible for overseeing the management of all non-US equity index strategies, as well as serving as portfolio manager for several equity index portfolios. She joined SSGA in 1987.

Lynn has a Master of Business Administration in finance from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society. Lynn serves on the Board for the Posse Foundation Boston, a non-profit organization that partners with top colleges and universities to recruit and sustain outstanding young leaders from diverse backgrounds. She also is a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board’s (SASB) Investment Advisory Group and serves on various index advisory boards.

JENNY M. JOHNSONJenny Johnson is president and chief operating officer of Franklin Resources, Inc. Ms. Johnson oversees the majority of investment management and all related investment management support services. She is also responsible for Franklin Templeton’s global retail and institutional distribution efforts, including product development. In addition, Ms. Johnson oversees client service, fund administration, global technology, and the company’s high net worth business, Fiduciary Trust Company International. She is also a member of Franklin Resources’ executive

committee, a small group of the company’s top leaders responsible for shaping the firm’s overall strategy. Previously, Ms. Johnson held the role of co-president, and prior to that she was the company’s chief operating officer. She is an officer of Franklin Resources, Inc. and serves as a director of Fiduciary Trust Company International and several other subsidiaries of Franklin Resources, Inc. She joined the company in 1988.

In 2014, Ms. Johnson was one of ten executives named to Money Management Executive’s inaugural list of Top Women in Asset Management and was chosen by her peers as one of Ignites.com’s Most Influential Women in Fund Management. Ms. Johnson received the 2012 Robert L. Gould Award presented by global investment management association NICSA, recognizing outstanding achievement in helping the mutual fund industry better serve investors through customer service, thought leadership and technology. In 2010 and 2011, she was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area business.

Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. in economics from the University of California at Davis. She is a trustee at Crystal Springs Uplands School, and a board member of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
