Definition: Puberty is the process of physical changes by which a child's body becomes an adult body capable of reproduction.

We're talking about changes, like girls developing breasts and boys starting to look more like men. When puberty, the body will grow faster and faster.

Usually, puberty starts between ages 8 and 13 in girls and ages 10 and 15 in boys. So same friends can appear more kids than others. When our body is preparated to start the change, pituitary gland releases special hormones.

Hormones don´t change only the way your body looks on the outside, they also create changes on the inside. During puberty, you might feel confused or have strong emotions that you've never had before. You can feel overly sensitive or become upset easily. Some kids lose their tempers more often and get angry with their friends or families. You also may feel anxious about how your changing body looks. This changes are important and also you must be happy, don´t be afraid.

Menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining . It occurs on a regular basis in reproductive-age females of certain mammal species.

So Ovulation problems can result from the non function of the part of the hypothalamus and the glands that control ovulation or the non function of the ovaries.
