The GuideStar Newsletter is a free, twice-monthly e-newsletter sent to more than 350,000 opt-in subscribers.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
• All advertisers must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of their total advertisement insertion price at the time of reservation.
• Billing for the remaining 50% of each month’s insertion price will occur the week after an advertiser’s insertion appears in the e-Newsletter.
• Advertisers may choose to be billed for the entire cost of their insertion at the time of reservation.
• Payment forms accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and corporate checks.
Cancellation
Deposits made for advertising space are non-refundable.
Cancellation of ad reservations must be made in writing no later than two (2) weeks prior to newsletter date in order to avoid payment of the remaining 50% of that month’s insertion price. Cancellations made after that time will be billed the full advertising rate for the reserved space.
Unless alternate arrangements have been made with a member of the GuideStar editorial staff, failure to provide requested ad information, including artwork and URL, shall be considered a cancellation of that month’s insertion and will be billed accordingly.
