PERSONAL TRAINER - POLLY BOWENPolly Bowen, RACC’s personal trainer, is available to help our members andnon-members reach their fitness goals, have a productive and time-efficientworkout, and feel comfortable working out in the Fitness Center. Polly will workone-on-one with clients. Every session will be at the convenience of both clientand Polly. Polly has the proper credentials and is an avid exerciser. A session is$20 per hour and you must go a minimum of two sessions. If you would likemore information regarding this, please call us at 644-2333.

The package isfor 6-months, being assessed on Week 1, 6, 12, 18, and 24. Not only willyou be having the assessments every six weeks you will also receive ameal plan and a workout plan. These plans will change every six-weeks!

• Half Marathon Package -$70/Session Non-Members & $60/Session MembersThe Half Marathon Package will include the following tests: Body Composition, Strength, Flexibility, Height,Weight, and Cardiovascular. The package is for 3-months, being assessed on Week 1, 6, and 12. Not onlywill you be having the assessments every six weeks, you will also receive a meal plan and a workout plan.These plans will change every six-weeks!

• In-Training Package - $30/Session Non-Members & $25/Session MembersThe In-Training Package will include the following tests: Body Composition, Strength, Flexibility, Height,Weight, and Cardiovascular. This package includes assessments by the time. No workout plan or mealplan is available with this plan.

Each assessment will take approximately 1-hour and must be scheduled in advance. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a $20 fee.

YOUTHWRESTLING

The Redwood Valley Youth Wrestling Club wants you! Students 4 years old through 6th gradeare invited to participate. Wrestlers will learn basic wrestling techniques and skills, properconditioning, and will have the opportunity to compete against others of same size.Participants will have the opportunity to attend area tournaments, as well as free admissioninto our home tournament. Singlets available for a deposit with a partial refund at the end ofthe season. Deposit should be made payable to Redwood Valley Youth WrestlingAssociation. Wrestling shoes are recommended, but not required. The wrestling club isalways in need of parent help. If interested, please show up at practice in workout clothesand proper shoes.

REDWOOD VALLEYYOUTH WRESTLING TOURNEYThe Redwood Valley Youth Wrestling Club will sponsor a youth wrestling tournament. The tournament will be open to any boy or girl in pre-kindergarten through the 6th grade.

Traveling SoccerTraveling soccer is back to celebrate it’s 13th seasonhere in Redwood Falls. Soccer players compete at theRec-Plus Level through the Minnesota Youth SoccerAss’n. and play teams from the Southern MinnesotaSoccer Alliance. The program teaches basic soccer con-cepts and skills, develops self-confidence, and empha-sizes fair play, healthy competition, and fun. Boys andgirls ages 7-16 and their parents are invited to attend themeeting. Teams will play a minimum of 8 games andattend a minimum of one tournament.

Golfing/Batting CageNo more hitting foam golf balls into a netor taking soft toss with a whiffle ball. Tryout the Indoor Golfing/Batting Cage. Thecage is a 70' long x 14' high x 12' doublewide cage that can be used for live battingfor baseball and softball players as well aslive hitting for golfers. Participants areasked to bring their own golf clubs andballs as well as bats, balls, and helmets forlive hitting. The cage can be used by 2 sep-arate groups at one time as it is a doublecage. It is located on the south side ofFieldhouse Court #3. Call ahead andreserve the court today!

Cardinal Winter Tennis Lessons will offer a great off season workout to girls and boys in grades 4-12

9:00 - 10:00 AM 4th - 7th graders will work on skill building drills that will include serving, serve receive, volleying and net play on the indoor courts in the fieldhouse.

format league where they will get a chance to play individuals or doubles tennis.

Softball AssociationThe Redwood Falls Softball Association will be holding

its annual meeting at the Redwood Area Community Center on:

April 3, 20146:30 p.m.

Anyone interested in playing, sponsoring, or managing a teamis encouraged to attend. Leagues consists of church, men’s,women’s, and co-rec softball. Important items for the upcoming season will be discussed.

GOLDEN GUYS & GALSThis is a basic orientation of the fitness cen-ter for men and women 55 & older. We willdemonstrate the proper use of the equipmentin the weight room, as well as explore newactivities. No experience necessary.

Adult open hockey is a time for adult hockeyplayers (8th grade and older) to participate inpick-up games and scrimmages - it is NOT aleague. The program has already started andwill continue through mid-March. All partici-pants MUST check in at the front desk eachnight they participate.

The Drop-In Basketballprogram is offered to bothRACC members and non-members. There is no obli-gation, just stop by theCommunity Center at noonon Mondays, Wednesdays,and Fridays and join in.It's a great way to stay inshape and sharpen yourbasketball skills!

ASS’T. POOL MANAGERS$8.75/hr + based on experience

LIFEGUARD$8.00/hr + based on experience & add’l certifications
