„BLOM” SRL



The foreign capital company „Blom” SRL, headquartered in the Republic of

Moldova, is a branch of Blom group.

Blom group was-set up in Norway in 1954 and has developed into the

European market leader for provision of services in the field of digital

cartography, design and other related activities. Currently, the Blom group has

15 branches in 12 countries (Norway, Denmark, Great Britain, Romania,

Republic of Moldova etc.)

Major projects implemented by the foreign capital company

„Blom” SRL

On February 6th 2006, the company was awarded the tender for the execution of cadastral works in the localities situated within the activity range of the territorial cadastre offices in Ungheni, Hînceşti, Tighina, Republic of Moldova. The contract was financed by the World Bank, and the works concerned more than 42,250 real-estate objects.

In June 2006, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency

launched the tender called „Technical Assistance for the First Cadastre Project in the Republic of Moldova”. The candidates in this tender were several world-known consultancy companies, but the tender was awarded to the Consortium made of Blom Group and ORGUT company. The contract aims at providing assistance for the setting-up of a transparent, effective and efficient land and cadastre system, able to provide qualitative and state-of-the-art real-estate objects registration services, to all clients, at an affordable price.

In 2007, Blominfo A/S was awarded the tender «Moldova ortho-photo 2007», with budget financed by the Norwegian Government.

In 2007, Blom Moldova won the tender «Setting-up and implementation of the computerised information system “real-estate objects cadastre” ».

In 2008, Blom Moldova was awarded the tender on the Computerised Information System “State Register of administrative-territorial units and of streets within the localities situated on the territory of the Republic of Moldova”.

Throughout its activity, Blom Moldova has elaborated a great number of topographic surveys, geodetic works for the design of gas-ducts etc. in the districts of Briceni, Teleneşti, Ungheni, Sîngerei, Cahul, Leova, Nisporeni ş.a.

Pasco Corporation, Japan, committed by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to the tasks of the project “Creation of Database for Basemap for Development of National Spatial Data Infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova” has subcontracted ICS Blom SRL, Moldova, to perform the task of Field Verification for the above mentioned project.
