Summer Scripture Days This years theme “Live to Inspire” is in response to Bishop Boyea’s pastoral letter “Go Announce the Gospel of the Lord” where he says: “This task of seeking out the lost sheep is not primarily the responsibility of the priest or the deacon. Youth Group Outing!! Saturday, July 29 10:30am-1:30pm. Join your friends from the parish at Hudson Mills Metro Park for an “All Wheel-day.” You’re welcome to bring your bike, roller blades, or scooter to ride, skate, or scoot from the Metro park to Dexter and back (~10 miles). Please wear a helmet and bring a water bottle. All ability levels welcome. We’ll end with a picnic by the Huron River. Open to all those who are completing 8th-12th grades. involved in many

parish activities. The children are altar

servers, ushers and sing in the choir. The

family helps out at Pancake Breakfasts,

Vacation Bible School and Family Play

Day. Kevin helped remove wallpaper from

the rectory kitchen and designed the

K of C website. Kevin and his three sons

carried the canopy for the Corpus Christi

Procession this year. Congratulations

Kevin, Bridget and family and thank you

for being an example family to our parish.

First Friday Adoration - July 1 & 2

Knights, please sign up in the back of

church for one hour a month of Adora-

tion. One hour a month in thanksgiving for

all that God has provided for you and your

Knight of the Month Robert Palazzolo is our

Knight of the Month

for July. Robert and his

wife Lindsay have four

children. Robert has

been the Treasurer for

the Knights for the

past two years and

has been involved in

many activities. Some of which are the

First Friday Adoration, Tootsie Roll Drive,

Coffee & Donuts Sunday, Cemetery Clean-

up, Pancake Breakfasts and Squire

Events. This past month he helped remove

the wallpaper in the rectory kitchen. May

Ink Cartridge Recycling

The Knights will be collecting empty ink

cartridges as a fundraiser. A box will be in
