Mind Map• Strengths of using this method• All your ideas are in one place• Easy to see and understand•

• Weaknesses of using this method• Takes a long time • Lots of text to read and may put people off•

• Did you like using this method? Why?• No. Personally this way of planning isn’t for me. Mostly because I’m more of a visual thinker and seeing lots of

text is a bit off putting.

Mood Board

I like this logo because the colours stand out and the splash effects make the drink look refreshing.

This packaging stands out to me because the background is unlike any other drinks bottle. The font in the left stands out to me because its something that I haven’t really seen before and I like the over all feel of the whole thing.

This picture shows how coke can be shared with anyone. The whole family can enjoy it. I also like it because the red logo in the middle is eye catching.

Page 7: 1. communication methods (aa)

I like this Christmas ad because it shows that coke is available all year and you can always get your hands on some. It also gives people an idea that someone could like some as a gift.

This is the first ad that I chose. It stood out to me because its simple, the colours stand out and there's no question on what the ads for.

Mood Board

• Strengths of using this method• Its much more visual • A better way to see what kind of designs and colours you’ll use for your ad.

• Weaknesses of using this method• There’s not too much reasons on why you chose the images. So this makes it harder to share

it with others.• It takes a while to find the right images to use.

• Did you like using this method? Why?• Yes. I personally like this method because its more visual and less boring to look at.

Style Sheet

I like This Font because it stands out and will fin almost any design

This font is fancy, but not over the top. I think it would fit well with a Christmas ad.

I like this one because I think it would go well over a family photo, showing that coke if for every one.

I can see this one used in a summer ad. I like it because its quite pretty and think it would really stand out.

This font could show that everyone likes coke. Even children. I think that the font stands out and would catch peoples eye.

Page 10: 1. communication methods (aa)

Red stands out and is the colour coke uses for its products

White is usually a basic colour, but used with the right colours it can be very eye catching

Black used with the right colours can stand out.

Yellow is a very eye catching colour. It can be used to symbolised fun.

Any shade of blue usually will catch your eye, especially if is surrounded by similar colours.

Any colour of purple can be used to symbolised fun. And coke usually will use it to symbolise the taste popping out the bottle.

Brainstorm

Song ideas. We put down some ideas for songs. We took into consideration how catchy they are and if people would like to hear them during a coke ad.

This is a brief idea of what we think the final ad will play out like.

A few possible slogans we came up with.

After a bit of researched, we realised the ad has to get straight to the point and not too long.

Initial ReactionWhen I found out we were going to be creating a game, I was exited, mainly because I had never done anything like this before. And was curious to see what the finished product would look like.

Later on, when we got to the planning stages, I was a little bit nervous because I was doubting my skill, as I had never even tried to do anything like this, so I wasn’t used to the program.
