THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1 Drafts/encodes communications and other documents;
2 Receives, sorts, files and releases communications and other documents;
3 Takes charge of the reproduction of materials;
4 Maintains records, reports and other related documents;
5 Performs other related functions.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
EDUCATION : Completion of two years in college or HS graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
EXPERIENCE : 1 year of relevant training (IT related)
TRAINING : 4 hours of relevant training (IT related)
ELIGIBILITY : Career Service Sub- Professional/First Level Eligibility

In addition, attached are the end-users submitted relevant education, t raining and experience for the abovecited vacant position/s.
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to the
Personnel Unit, FASD of TESDA Region 02 on or before 10 April 2017:
1 • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
2 • Service Records/Certificate of Employment;
3 • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training
certificates;
4 • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 for outside applicants or Individual
Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2016 and July to December 2016 for TESDA
applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
5 • For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
6 • Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
7 • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
8 • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to
mm-dd-yy);
9 • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
10 • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
Failure to complete the submission of the above documents within the set deadline shall
mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation
