Rules

Optimizer rules can be used to fill missing bidirectional andsame site adjacencies and mandatory constraints

Mandatory constraint should always have an

adjacencyForbidden constraint should NOT have an adjacency

Same site cells should always have mutualadjacencies

All adjacencies should be bidirectional

One rule is used to delete existing adjacencies with forbiddenconstraint

Resulting correction plan can be used also for distance-basedcreation
