MISSION:�e Norteño ganginjunction was established December 2007. Thegang injunction in a court-issued restraining order which prohibits 31 men inthe neighborhood from participating in certain activities. There is ongoingdebate about whetherinjunctions promote racialprofiling or serve as community safety zones.
