business strategy’?

Service member questions

• What elements of the data would you like to see?• Value of the data?• Are you prepared to pay?

Service Member Discussion• All members would like clarity on all the definitions mean. E.g does

Leisure include Marriott??, What does ‘Other Non Food’ mean etc.• Service members:

– Expect to receive all top level data as part of their membership.– They would like to see further Break downs by Channel – B2B/ Consumer –

Paper/Gift cards/e-vouchers– See actual Sales v promotional– Unit Volumes as well as turnover– Sales by sector– Some members would be happy to ‘Pay as you go’ for report when they needed

them, however general consensus was, they would not want to see a rise in the membership for all, as some members simply don’t need the reports.

– Those that would pay extra would pay no more than £250 per adhoc report.– Service members also suggested that perhaps they should submit their own

data?
