3) Do I get a tasting?Hoaglin Catering hosts a quarterly “Sip and Savor” event where you and your guests will get to taste our food, enjoy an open bar, listen to music & mingle with other Hoaglin couples!
4) What do the Hoaglin Employees wear?Hoaglin employees wear black slacks, a black button-up shirt & a black tie.

8)What role does my catering sales manager play in the planning of my event?
The admin fee includes many aspects of the catering business. Such as catering insurance, liquor liability, support staff wages, admin staff, permits & transportation.
The staff estimate includes the time needed for the set-up of your event, which is typically 3 hours, and the 1-hour clean-up of your event. The staff are expected to work a full shift from start to finish that includes set-up, the actual event, and tear-down.
