Today, we’re going to focus on definite articles.

What’s the difference?
The difference is...

Can you buy me the dress? For the second sentence, the speaker is referring to a specific dress.
This is a DEFINITE article.
In English…
We use “the” as a definite article regardless of gender or plurality.
The definite articles have FOUR different forms.
