Know what you know… • Schools have the unique advantage of receiving an immense amount of

information about our constituents from… • Online Applications

• Most likely you are collecting lots of data about your parents… • Use it to better understand your parents.

• Record Updates • Using Online forms to update records, and online family directories provides a

great amount of self-reported information and ways to contact families. • Class Notes

• In addition to letting alumni update their contact information online, getting class notes submissions provides additional information for your online alumni directory and additional employment and relationship information.

• Donation Forms and Event Registrations • Employment information from Matching Gift fields • Individuals who register to attend events together are at least “Friends,”

record those relationships.
