The Four Commandments are the simple steps to get you back on track after a temporary defeat or when your emotions are starting to rise high.

TAKE DEEP BREATHS

Take long deep breaths so that your conscious mind gains power and your subconscious doesn’t stay in

control.

It also helps to keep you calm so that you can think straight.

REPEAT YOUR GOALSKeep yourself focused and realign yourself to what your

Heart wants.

Repeating your goals also gives strength to your New Programming which is especially good when your

Subconscious is showing all its cards.

Goals help remind you that whatever obstacle your facing is just a bump on your path to success!

PRACTICE S.I.E.PPractice S.I.E.P. to get yourself out of the P.E.I.S. mess that

probably caused the obstacles that you’re facing to happen.

As you catch your senses and emotions faster, and go back to SIEP, it will get better over time.

Remember, S.I.E.P shows you that everything is just a lesson from Nature to help you learn! How can you be emotional

because of that?
