Summary After serving 10 years in the Nevada State Legislature, Rep. Kihuen is the first
Latino to represent the State of Nevada in the United States House of
Representatives. He has spent his career fighting to help hardworking families

the dignified retirement they deserve, students can obtain an affordable high-
