This project has an important location in Dubai. It will be one of the landmarks and should follow the skyline of the city. The design, selection of materials, layouts and sustainability of the project are the main roles .The project consists in four independent buildings. The main buildings are two towers of fifty levels, facing Sheikh Zayed Rd. Both Towers were previously designed as a Hotel and Office, nowadays due to the Client requirements, the towers will be redesigned as a Residential Towers and Retailers in lower levels. The new design for the towers includes a completely new façade and several changes in the existing structure (already built cores until level 18 and metal bracing until level 14).Location Dubai - UAEYear 2015Status Concept Design, Schematic Design, Draft DetailArea 200.000 sqm

The master plan responds to the ambition of building the world’s largest airport. Upon completion, it will offer 6 runways, an ‘Atlanta’ type terminal for handling 120 million passengers, a cargo zone with a capacity of 12 million tons, and all the related functions. Around the airport itself will be located a logistics site, a high-tech area, a business centre, residential areas, a golf course, and exposition zonesLocation Dubai - UAEYear 2014Status Concept DesignArea 140 km²

Within the scope of the Passenger Terminal extension project at the Bahrain International Airport, ADPI has proposed a phased solution designed to triple the air terminals existing surface area. The concept proposed by ADPI offers a modern and innovative image while maintaining Bahrain’s warm and welcoming spirit. The building’s shape is inspired by aerodynamic design of race cars, a subtle reference to the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix, a major attraction in the region. With this concept, ADPI was able to solve the customer’s capacity-related problems: in phase 1, 10 million passengers and 14 terminal gates, in phase 2, 12 million passengers and 16 terminal gates, as well as the possibility of long-term development to accommodate more than 15 million passengers.Location BahreinYear 2014Status Tender DrawingsArea 300.000 sqm

The existing ecological assets and their dynamics structure the land-use strategy. This plan develops the spatial organization principles and the location’s specific uses for the new extension of PGA Catalunya Golf. It includes a new brand hotel, 83 residential units and several leisure/sport facilities to complement the existing two golf courses. The plan follows two strategies. The first one bets for maintaining the site’s farming productive nature, mixing it with in the new development, including the real estate. The second strategy consists in the restoration of the site’s ecological dynamics, that were deteriorated by its intensive agriculture activity. The plan proposes overlapping the ecological dynamics within the mobility strategy the functional and the leisure one. The resulting system will structure the uses’ locations and the landscape’s identity for the whole development.Location Girona - SpainYear 2014Status Concept DesignArea 70 Ha

RT A strategy of minimum footprint and its compensation through green roofs drives the resulting massing. This housing complex of sixteen touristic villas is organized by a combination of two types of “living-bars”: one housing unit contains a kitchen, a living room and a balcony and the other one accommodates two extra bedrooms and bathroom. Each apartment is the result of the aggregation of two or more bars placed at different levels that are completed by an “eco-box”, that articulates the vertical connexions between the bars, making possible a permanent natural ventilation and illumination of the whole unit, even when the owner is on leave. The open space around the housing complex, accommodates two types of landscapes and a natural (chemical-free) swimming pool.Location Canary Island - SpainYear 2013Status Concept Design, Schematic Design, Full DesignArea 5.000 sqm

The residential area limits are disappearing because of the location in a conflicted zone. Therefore to increase the value of this area, it has selected an emblematic group of buildings, where many years ago people from the neighborhood made traditional oil. It’s located in an strategic place of this district, being a link of the different sectors. Also, this proposal is related with the social infrastructures of the district and with elements nearby. The public spaces generates an important role solving the principal problem of the district. Strengthening the outdoor spaces as a link between the different parts of the city. To solve the problem of the aging population and architectonic of La Isleta, appears a new concept of building, a place where live the handicap people. It’s created as a solution for the inhabitants of the district that wants to live in but improving their conditions.Location Canary Island, SpainYear 2013Status Final Thesis PresentationO

The project involves five houses, social facilities and open spaces. The place where the writer lives it is a link between the private life and the creative process. The idea is to link this with a multiple features of the houses, unified in the public spaces and creating an interesting courtyard. The houses are modules visually connected to each other and to their environment, lining the street to the social facilities to act as a meeting point between the neighbours and the writers.Location Mendoza, ArgentinaYear 2012Status Design Proposal

The first idea of this project is the integration of the building with the houses on the block. The movements on the facades point out the part of the houses that connects to the neighbourhood, which in this case would be the studio for the artist, whereas the other part is the residential area for the family. The house is also divided into two spaces: Indoor - Outdoor. The exterior links the different spaces within the building as well as unifies the different personalities of the inhabitants. The areas are also connected on the second floor, so the courtyards serve as unifying points for the family.Location Mendoza, ArgentinaYear 2012Status Design Proposal

RTThe project is located at the top of a ski resort. This is a very nice place with stunning views of the landscape and the city, Cracow. As the area is full of trees, the idea is to integrate nature into the building and not to make an impact in the area, arise two different volumes connected by an organic courtyard. This area and the outdoor square would be the new public spaces used by skiers as well as guests staying at the hotel. These are spaces oriented towards the south, which means they can be enjoyed both in winter and summer. It has a roof garden, so there’s a continuity between the building and the landscape. The windows are very wide and link rooms with the landscape. Sloping roofs on the final design with different angles to facilitate drainage of water out of the building. Most spaces have windows facing south as it is better for inside comfort.Location Crawow, PolandYear 2011Status Design Proposal

The project starts generating two volumes with different geometry but trying to find the same meaning. The volume of the smallest building is broken in order to create a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The other building has the same intentions, created by breaking the floor and creating viewpoints throughout the house to admire the city from different perspectives. On the first floor this connection is made by facilities which is linked to the public spaces. Location Canary Island, SpainYear 2010Status Design Proposal
