Dialysis NurseWe weight our patient, check their resent weight with previous one to know who much weight/fluid their havegain and how much fluid will we set on the machine to remove from their body, we then connect the patientto a dialysis machine which last for four hours each episode, continues monitoring of the vital sign and themachine to prevent block and stasis of blood during the process. once the process is completed, wedisconnect the patient from the machine ,w eight and give them necessary information and prescribedmedication.
